Hello Tropical Smoothie Cafe ☕️

On a fine afternoon we were so thirsty and sun is hitting us like anything and our throat is asking for a very nice cold chilly drink or any shake.

We were trying to explore as much as we can, but we got to stop by tropical smoothie Café.

We went inside and the place was very nice and calm. Nobody in the cafe, their team and their interiors are very pleasant. We can work for sometime if you want to.

Now talking about the smoothies, they’re not as great as we expected

We ordered Bahama Mama it was worse, I don’t recommend this place if you are a smoothie lover like me.

Feedback for Cafe : ️

— The way you make shakes should be improved a lot.

— Make sure you don’t add lot of ice in the smoothie and make it a pop soda.

— Overall there is a lot of scope for you to improve.

Was told free smoothie with 5$purchase through the rest of the month (only reason i joined app or returned)on my first visit. I returned (within the same month) and the employee had no idea what i was talking about. On top of that our acia paste was still a frozen block.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this was not the pleasant stop with my family i had hoped for. Far more expensive and less value.

0 customer service. Paid with my card that immediately proceeds to asking for a tip which is totally fine, as I’m putting in a tip the cashier leans over the counter to watch me do it and then feels the need to slide the tip jar in front of me for an additional tip. Like no thank you sir.

Went in last week (two days in a row) due to the selection of low calorie salad options and smoothies. Pretty tasty, nice and fresh. Tried the jalapeño corn as a side. Real glad I did, it was delicious. It reheats well too which is always a plus. This spot is for sure apart of my weekly lunch rotation now.

Usually this place is great. But today I ordered a sausage, egg & cheese quesadilla and I don’t know where the egg went but none of it made it on my quesadilla. I don’t really care for sausage and just didn’t get it without thinking that I could just pick the sausage off except that is all it had! Sausage and a couple pieces of shredded cheese. Actually very irritating when ordering carry out.

It’s a bit pricey for the food and smoothies, but for a chain restaurant, we had a good experience. I could see how if it was busier, the wait could be longer. They don’t have a lot of people working.

Food is is underwhelming and over priced.

I got the $8.50 three cheese chicken quesadilla. Taco Bell quesadillas at half the price outrank this pitiful quesadilla with almost no cheese or chicken (and that is saying something because Taco Bell is far from good quality).

The accompanying smoothie was alright, but nothing special. I got the sunrise sunset. Tastes like a decent mix of purées and ice.

The kids meal was a pitiful wrap for $3.99 and a small smoothie that my daughter seemed to enjoy for only $2.50 (the only highlight of this trip).

The jalapeño corn and the maple sweet potatoes were alright but nothing to write home about.

All in all, I do not recommend this place.

I ordered a delivery specifically through your app not a third party. I normally love this place and have not had an a purine either like this other locations. The food is not particularly cheap but it’s normally good. We ordered 3 of the same smoothies and one was either made incorrectly or I had the wrong label on the smoothie and got someone else’s. I was very kind when I called in and spoke to an employee I will not specifically name because I think they did try to do what they could at the time with the resources they had. However, I was told I’d get a call back and I didn’t. So I called the next day to follow up and spoke with the same employee and was told the same thing that the manager was out of the office he would leave a note and get a call. I don’t have much hope at this point if I hear back I am more than happy to change the review, but there was no way to contact anyone about the order issue through your app. It was a busy Friday at my job and I had to work through my lunch so was at work 7-7. I had ordered the smoothie as my lunch and they are large normally plenty. I had a wrap with it and it was my first time having that wrap and I am not a picky person but it just was really not good . Like I said the menu is not exactly cheap. I usually have it for two meals. That’s how I justify it.
I work customer service, I have worked restaurants, I get mistakes happen it’s been the experience of trying to work with the app and the company to remedy the situation. I’m extremely frustrated. I had just spoke about how I thought it was a great place I normally have good food Good service no issues and my coworkers ordered as well. After that great talk up I get a really nasty smoothie it clearly wrong I have ordered it numerous times before and I’m stuck no way to fix the situation and I just accepted that hoping in good faith Sometime later in the day or the next it would be fixed. I tried to order direct rather than through a third party and was told I need to contact DoorDash. I did not order through DoorDash I ordered directly. I’m just at this point really upset. It’s clearly a different color than the others, tastes completely different, honestly if it had not been so watery I would have just dealt with it drank a different one but it did not taste right. I placed almost a $50 dollar order and at this point I’m not sure I’ll ever order again. If there are any issues how would I go about getting it fixed. If this Happened again It would be my own fault knowing how this has been handled. These are not the same thing.

Fastest service I’ve had at any Tropical Smoothie before. I was the only person in there, but they clearly had multiple online orders coming through as well. I got the Bahama Mama smoothie, which is my go-to choice, and it was as perfect as it could be. Delicious, fast, and friendly service!
