I love Tropical Smoothie, but I love coming to this location. The staff of always amazing and my order is always ready! The staff even gives me heads up on some of their specials that are coming and suggest new smoothies! Always smiles!!!

Due to the fact that this is the closest location to me, I decided to give it another chance after my initial experience. I want to recognize Oni (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly), who completely changed the tone of my visit. She was warm, welcoming, and consistently greeted me with a smile. The difference in customer service compared to the previous manager — who was dismissive and unhelpful — was very noticeable. I truly appreciate that she values customers and made the effort to turn things around. It meant a lot.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Tropical Smoothie. The cup they served me wasn’t sealed properly at the bottom, and my smoothie spilled everywhere — all over my carpet and completely ruining my meal.
I called the store to let them know, and while the manager did apologize, he also told me there was nothing they could do. As a loyal customer, that response was incredibly frustrating. Accidents happen, but taking no responsibility and offering no solution is unacceptable.
The customer service I received was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this location to anyone. After this, I will no longer be a customer.

We love Tropical Smoothie and order often through the Tropical Smoothie app – so we were surprised this evening when the DoorDash driver didn’t deliver the Smoothie along with our food. DoorDash didn’t return calls or texts. But the owner of the Tropical Smoothie personally called me to apologize and make it right. He really cares about his customers. We order here often and this act of going above and beyond when a mistake happened makes us love them even more! If you haven’t tried the Buffalo wrap or the Thai Chicken wrap – DO! They are delicious!!!
