Worst experience ever. Asked for almond chicken. Instead got two orders of spicy kung pao and Mongolian beef. The beef was chewy and soggy. It was almost soaked in water. I asked for my money back and they told me I have to drive back to their location which is 30 minutes away. Not Ok. They charged us $70.

I ordered chicken and beef teriyaki no salad all rice. The beef was chewy and very fatty the chicken was ok..Hardly any teriyaki sauce there was some on the side, lacking flavor. The broccoli in the Chicken Yakisoba was not fully cooked.. Nice atmosphere friendly staff.

Looking for a quick late pickup order I called 2 other closer locations and no one would answer close to closing. I called here and they answered immediately. I hoped to make it there before closing but the drive prevented that. They kept the doors open and were ready for my pickup after closing time. They were very friendly even though I kept them late. The food was better than my closer teriyaki place has been. Seems like some of the “guide” reviews are odd or unfair. I will be back. Great service!

This spot is close to my house and I do like the food. But, today I got a combination plate with half spicy chicken and half beef with veggie fried rice instead of white to go and I was charged $27 and some change.. that’s insanely expensive for one plate. I had my receipt texted to me but it never came. I will not be back.

Food was delicious and hot, good portions. A little bit pricey but they did offer free soup and it was really delicious. The restaurant has been remodeled a bit since last time I was there and it looks nice. Staff was friendly and again I appreciated the soup lol. Glad I stopped in and I will return!

Used to be really good but sadly not any longer. The service has gone downhill and the food is nowhere near as good as it used to be. Apparently the place has new owners and has replaced the regulars that we knew so well and have provided us with so many years of excellent food and service. The yakisoba was dry and did not have the flavor I’ve been accustomed to. My wife noticed immediately and said, “this is not cooked by the same chef”. Moreover, I was told it would be a 10 minute wait but my order took 45 minutes. I used to drive over 20 minutes to pickup food there because of the excellent quality of their food and the nice greeting I always got from Kim. Needless to say I wont’ be returning.

I like teriyaki. I don’t have it often, maybe because I am usually so underwhelmed by the places I have it. This night, I found myself hungry, and One Teriyaki was close. Never been there. I prepared to be underwhelmed. At least the place was clean and tidy. To my surprise, my order came out in half the time I expected it. On a large, square, black plate with VERY generous portions of spicy chicken, rice and salad. It is the best teriyaki I have had in quite awhile. What a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended!
