Passing through the area & decided to have a treat today with my kiddos. We went through the drive thru. They wanted the kids chocolate smoothie. But what they got was literally blended chocolate & ice, no fruit what so ever. It was so thick they couldn’t even drink it for hours, gross. My children were sad. Very disappointed they couldn’t enjoy their treat & I wasn’t able to go back to the location to correct it.

I mobile order about once a week for lunch during work. I have always loved Tropical Smoothie, because of the real ingredients and customization options. The Carthage location is great. Always friendly, fast, and my order has never been wrong. I had to write a review this time because when I got my mobile order (a Dragonfruit smoothie) an employee had drawn this awesome dragon on my cup. It’s such a small thing but it really made my day! Thank you for brightening my work day.

When I asked about gluten free options I was handed a card with a list of gluten free options which included apples potatoes chips, lettuce and a handful of other items. The man behind the counter offered a salad but only if I take out the chicken because it’s processed meat. But I could have turkey which truth be know it too is probably processed lunch meat. Then I asked about the dressings and he stomped off to go check. We then decided to leave because of his attitude. Hey Mr. I didn’t choose this allergy it picked me. I will not apologize to you or anyone else for making better choices for myself.
