Tropical smoothie has always been a favorite spot of mine, but not all locations are this wonderful. Staff was friendly and my turkey bacon ranch was sufficient with meat. She even made a little extra of my grandfathered health nut smoothie I ordered and gave me the extra in a small cup in stead of just throwing it away. I wish this was soo much closer to me! I plan on coming back to this location when im back in town.

Stopped in on our travels north for a quick bite – very pleased!! My veggie hummus wrap was delicious. My daughter had a Sunrise Sunset smoothie and said it was great. My son had a Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich and thought it was excellent. All was prepared quickly. Thank you, Tropical Smoothie Café, for providing healthy food options and pleasant service on our trip! ☀️

I used to love going here but I guess that’s changed. The service used to be so friendly but the new manager is just RUDE. I walked in to an empty shop and after waiting on her to get out of the kitchen or whatever she was doing for a few minutes she immediately barks at me “who are you here for?” No greeting. No politeness. Now I both go there for myself and for doordash as a side job so I get how stressful it can be, but acting like that in an empty store towards a customer trying to order is unacceptable. Another time I went in to actually pick up a doordash order and same thing. She even slammed the order down in front of me only saying “I need you to take a picture ” (which the app already prompts) so I simply replied “it’d be easier to do that if you placed it a little nicer” and her response was simply “Well that’s your job not mine”. When I finally called ger out for being very rude the entire interaction and before when i was simply a customer she gave a half hearted “sorry” and tried to blame me once again being on my phone while I waited on her in the kitchen as her reason for being rude and dismissive. I tried asking her if she was actually the new manager and she ignored me. Very disappointed because I really loved going here and the crew was so nice but I’m not going to spend my money somewhere I feel like an inconvenience for being a customer.

The girls there were super nice & great at communication. Downfall on the company not allowing people to add ingredients into a smoothie. I should be able to add honey into my smoothie & pay the extra cost. Foolish to have to go home to add it myself. Silly rules like that make people not want to come back. But again not the employees fault.

My mom made an online order and I got a dragon fruit açaí bowl(one of the new items) and a Chia banana boost and my mom ordered a breakfast wrap. When I started to eat my bowl I noticed the fresh fruit on top was old and sour but everything else in my bowl was fine. My mom informed me her wrap wasn’t cooked. Even when it’s a busy day food still should come out properly and should be fresh not sour.

Had an upset stomach and nothing sounded good but decided to try this place. First time ever to try. The gals were welcoming and very helpful. Told them I wanted food and something light to help my stomach. They made recommendations. Made a few alterations due to allergies and likes. The flatbread was fantastic! Very tasty and “light”. The Bahama mama shake was so yummy and tasty as well. It all hits the spot! I’m so glad I stopped!!! I’d defiantly be coming a lot if I lived close. But highly recommended!!!

Kathy was very nice and helpful. The wrapd are my favorite thing to get here. Today we got the sunrise sunset smoothie with a buffalo chicken wrap and paradise point with a buffalo chicken wrap. Both were very good!
