The place certainly has a heart. The people there were kind and welcoming, the ingredients that went into the smoothies were simple and healthy, although slightly more pricy. The lobby was nice and simple and there was plenty of room for a quick smoothie. Would defintely reccomend if you like supporting small businesses!

We ordered a Mango Monsoon (my son’s fav) online for pick up. He ran in to get it and came back completely bummed bc it tasted weird. It was bright yellow with no hint of mango flavoring. I brought it back, thinking the labels were swapped or he grabbed the wrong one. The girl at the counter was really rude, stating she followed the recipe, it was correct, and we must be tasting it wrong. When I provided flavor and color feedback asking if we could get another one made (assuming we’d pay for it). She stated she followed the recipe correctly and we were wrong. I left, throwing away the $10 smoothie on the way out. Definitely disappointed.

Food: Normal Tropical Smoothie menu with consistent recipes. I loved the green smoothies and the wraps were perfect pairings with the smoothies.
Service: Upbeat and positive employees with quick service.
Atmosphere: The decor was fun and the counter-bar area has ample electrical outlets if you ever need to go and work somewhere for a while. They also have hooks under the bar to hold purses and bags which I love because I don’t like leaving mine on the ground. (Love this!)

I love tropical smoothie and have been to many locations, but the food quality here was terrible. My quesadilla was smaller than other locations, had very little filling, and was burnt. Also, my go-to smoothie does not taste right. There is a ton of yogurt and very little fruit. Furthermore, their prices are $0.50-$1 higher than other locations.

I came in the other day with my partner and was denied service by this short brown haired boy after finding out we were part of the LGBTQ+ community. I was in complete shock and would’ve never imagined something this absurd would happen to us. After waiting I was assisted by another worker and ordered the tropical dragon passion smoothie. It made my stomach twist and turn unlike the other locations I’ve been too. 0/10 never come here.
