Where this location failed me is with the unusual approach to handling the $1.99 smoothie offer when customers finish an online guest satisfaction survey. The store did not honor that promotion. Instead, I was given $1.99 discount, which is unlike Nneeeeeee of the numerous smoothie locations I’ve visited thru out CONUS. I’d say I’ve been to over forty nd sum of those have been twice. On the flipside, I gain more purchase points 2wards more free items.

Smoothies are Delicious. Food is Great. I had a jerk chicken wrap with a Bahama Mama Smoothie. Service was fantastic. Very Friendly staff !! I recommend this Cafe to all !!!

I like tropical smoothie because it was good smoothies. Now? Today I got mine and it was water down Jetti punch. $10 for a smoothie is pretty pricey. I can barely taste the fruit. I think they can do better than that but today it didn’t meet expectations on the smoothie. Very friendly employees though.

Nicest staff ever, always ready super quickly, clean inside 🙂 anyone complaining on reviews of THIS store about prices — it’s not up to the location to set those prices it’s corporate so don’t give them a bad review because you don’t like the prices. I’ve always loved tropical smoothie but this one is just different. The owners are so so nice and all of their employees truly put their time and effort into the food and smoothies they make. Highly recommend this location they truly deserve the support❤️

Ordered a triple berry oat with peanut butter and fat burner.. it was just berries blended without anything in it. It’s terrible… also my chicken pesto flatbread when I was eating it, I bit into something rock hard and it hurt my tooth also there were pieces of rubbery chicken. Overall this place is not good

I ordered a drink on the app and the employee there refused to give me it even though I had confirmation of the order. He was extremely combatant and rude. Also had the nerve to tell me to never come back to the location. As if I would ever want to spend my time or money at this establishment ever again. Some people just aren’t cut out for a position that serves customers.

It’s next to strarbucks so when I was craving an afternoon pick me up and noticed this place was a few store fronts down I opted for a smoothie. Taste fresher than S—— King. Noticed after making my order you can also add in protein, flax, greens,etc. Friendly service and was in and out in 3 mins.
