I don’t ever leave reviews of places but I felt I needed to voice something. My boyfriend and I love the smoothies and go to the drive through sometimes 2-3 times a week. But, I think the workers need to start being more aware of what they are doing at the window. Every time, there are multiple people standing there on their phones, sometimes sitting on the counter or leaning against the window, and they tend to all stare which can be very awkward sometimes. Today, there were 3 people standing there and a guy was eating and pretending to feed another coworker who was sticking his tongue out and it was just awkward. I’m glad they seem to get along really well and have fun when they are working, but maybe stand somewhere else other than right where we can see you.

Yummy breakfast wraps. Fresh ingredients and tasty. Takes longer in the drive through but that’s because it’s made fresh. You can order through the app and pick up inside for quick in and out service.

I’ve been there a couple of times and every single time the staff is so incredibly rude and cocky. Food is nothing special which I didn’t expect it to be because it’s a chain joint but the service makes it taste even worse.

Corporate policy you are to be greeting people when they come in or leave, also no sitting on ledges of drive-through window. Just cause it was 810pm not busy is no excuse. You have enough time be giggles with laughter there plenty time for you act like you care.

Was excited to try out for the first time. Food was great but the window lady was horrible. When asked if she can please repeat my order because there isn’t a screen to see it, she threw up her hands and read it so fast with attitude. Couldn’t help but just stare at her like wow really? She asked if thats everything and I told her ‘I have no idea since you read it so fast and rudely Im caught off guard!’ Got food and left. Sorry for asking about my order.

I placed an order online. 1 of the 3 food items ordered was made incorrectly, and the wrong chips were given. We brought back the wrap and chips. Staff behind the counter was friendly. They asked the young man who was sitting at one of the tables to remake the wrap, and then came the attitude. Sorry dude, I know being asked to do actual work while being paid is rough. Being told to fix your mistakes must be soul crushing.
The food was a huge let down. The chicken is a strange texture, like a crunchy rubber, and the pesto sauce in the flatbread has a trace of actual pesto flavor if you think long and hard about it, but is far more reminiscent of a barbecue flavor than pesto.
We were very excited to try Tropical Smoothie. Their food and smoothies were delicious way back when. Short of a Christmas miracle, we won’t be returning.

10/10, I don’t understand the other poor reviews. Yes it takes a bit to get your stuff but this isn’t a Mcdonalds. The smoothies are amazing and the food is really good! you get a fair amount for the price. The staff was really kind and would hold a conversation with you when you were waiting for your stuff which made the wait seem like nothing. Will definitely return back here frequently!!

Clean store with friendly employees who both took and brought out my order. The pesto flatbread was hot and soft with a good balance of flavors. The detox smoothie was a yummy low cal option, tasted good and was huge! The sweet potatoes as a side were good too.
