I never leave bad reviews anywhere, this is one of the first. I ordered an island green and chicken pesto flatbread. Smoothie was good, but the flatbread literally tasted like cigarettes and unwashed hands. Absolutely nasty, and my sweet potatoes were super undercooked. As someone who also works in the service industry, how does food quality get this bad? for two things that come to a total of $32, it should be actually good and sanitary!

I used to work here about 2 years ago so when I come here I know what a smoothie and good food should taste like, was disappointed with my quesadilla I got about 20 minutes ago, they barely put any cheese on here, it’s like they put everything in the middle and quickly folded it. I got rice added to it and there was more rice than cheese. Half of the quesadilla had nothing on it. I would rather wait for quality food then rushed food.

I ate at this tropical smoothies. They served me a rotted kale, an apple salad. I threw up immediately. I brought it back in. I barely got the eye contact or an apology. I was served a wrap, a Baja. Rap, that’s tasted like the sauce had actually gone bad. I’m actually really hoping that I don’t get food poisoning today. Because it was awful, I’ve never experienced this from a tropical smoothie before. But this place needs to be investigated because none of their food seems uh to be fresh at all. Ordered a pair and save with a chicken bacon ranch flat bread and beach bum add vitamin C for delivery. The flat bread was a thrown together sloppy mess and the beach bum was off in color and tasted like just plain banana,no strawberry and no vitamin c. Very displeased with this order.

Super disappointed in our smoothie order we received tonight. We ordered 2 full size smoothies ($7+ each) and 2 kid smoothies ($5 each), and they all came 3/4 full or less (see pic). We have been customers from this location for years and never had a problem until now. Feeling really gypped on the money we spent on dinner ($44) and what we received.

First time here. Went through the drive thru. Hot day and it was busy but service was actually quick. Ordered a Kiwi Quencher and it was amazingly delicious. I will definitely go again because there were a few other items on the menu I’d like to try!

I spent $114 here on 12/28 for meals for 8 of my team members. Non of the sandwiches/wraps/quesadillas were labeled. The boxed quesadillas (3) were also put in a bag sideways which wasn’t the best idea.
Besides that the meals were good.
