I mistakenly placed an incorrect order on Wednesday, so I immediately called the store and asked the employee to cancel my order, and he said okay.

I promptly placed a new order for the correct drinks, and I wanted to ensure that I don’t receive a charge for first orders. However, they still charged both orders from my account. It occurred on Wednesday, and today is Sunday. Despite this, the customer service representative mentioned that the location management team has yet to respond to this issue.
I am very disappointed with service and their management.

I’m leaving a 5-star review to help balance this location’s overall rating. I’ve been visiting semi-regularly over the past six months while on a smoothie kick and usually place an online order for pickup before I arrive. My smoothies are almost always ready when I get there, and I’ve only had a couple of minor inconsistencies in taste, which is pretty normal from time to time.
I’ve ordered food items a few times as well, and they’ve always tasted good. My only complaint is that the wraps are often put together a bit messily, with sauce or fillings spilling out, making them hard to eat without getting your hands covered. Being a bit more careful when assembling and wrapping the food would go a long way.
Overall, the store is usually clean and well-kept, and I’ve had mostly positive experiences here.

Every single time I come to this location, the employees are rude and act like they hate their job. Coming from someone with years in management, the atmosphere and morale of the store is huge for customer satisfaction. Not only are the workers careless, they’ve messed up my order multiple times. I’ve gone back 3 times this past week because I have been having health issues and smoothies are the only thing I am able to have right now. Every. Single. Time. The drink is wrong. I just don’t understand…. Where is the corporate responsibility?

I wrote a review about a year ago, but after giving this specific place another chance, I feel compelled to write another review. This time, my experience was worse than the first time. It wasn’t because of the quality of the food, but because of the person who is supposed to serve you with at least a minimum of courtesy and respect.
I was served by a thin African American man; I’ve never been treated so badly in my life. He seems to dislike his job and takes out his frustration on the customers. I will avoid this place for ever, After all there is too many good places to pick .

I’ve been a customer at this Trop very consistently over the past few years, and I can say that while my experiences here have been mixed over the years, within the past few months they’ve been the best they’ve been yet. Last time I got take-out here, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the food was the best I have had yet. Very happy with my recent experiences and looking forward to my next visit!

Slow and sloppy! Two guys playing paper basketball and barely acknowledging customers, took 10 minutes just to get a drink with not that many people in the drive-through. When they gave us a drink, this is how it looked. They didn’t even fully put the lid on. For a $10 smoothie and this is pretty rough, I never had this issue with tropical another smoothie.

Update – Owner reached out and made things right! I appreciate all he did to make it right and correct the error.

My husband went to get a smoothie Saturday morning and when he paid, they said the card didn’t go through. He showed the cashier the charge pending on our bank account. The cashier just continued to say it didn’t go through and so did the manager on duty though they both saw the charge pending on our bank. They didn’t offer to re-run the card, ask for a different payment method, nothing.. so he left without a smoothie. The charge has been pending on our account and is now showing as processed. This 1 star and review will take less time to submit then it would for my bank to reverse the charge for an overpriced smoothie he did not get. ‍♀️

The food was really good and yummy, the ambiance is nice, but perhaps the bathroom needs a little more attention!

The service can be improved: Everything was okay ordering, I asked for a Thai wrap and a smoothie.
I got my wrap, but not my smoothie, haha. I didn’t receive a ticket either.
It was because I asked that they seemed to remember my order had a smoothie as well.
One of the employees gave it to me but it felt like he was perhaps cautious of coming close to where I was because he threw my wrap a bit hahaha and although it wasn’t anything bad, I would have preferred to have it handed to me rather than a Lil toss, seems more formal if you ask me.

Overall, I’d visit again because the food is so good. It’s just the service that can be improved a bit.
