I feel kind of bad that I fed my best friends infant any part of this banana but thank god I noticed the bottom of it was moldy. I don’t order bananas here for this reason because it’s always a hit or miss but I definitely wasn’t expecting this. Usually my experiences here are 10/10, just maybe would recommend checking the fruit before hand

Went recently and I got a total of 3 smoothies one was a mobile order for a friend and the rest were ordered through the drive through, my friend with the mobile order got the same one as me but hers was watery and a different color compared to mine. The smoothies at this location taste different from the location on state street so I’m seeing some sort of inconsistency. Very disappointing.

Purchased a pick up order at the Bay Rd. Location. Ordered a Chicken Caesar wrap which I always have ordered in the past. It obviously has shrunk in size and it was so hot that everything inside was a mess and the lettuce was practically disintegrated. I had to let it cool down before I could take a bite. It also was not cut in half like it is supposed to be. This is not the way this wrap is supposed to look like. I paid $17.00 for this combo mess. I am done with this place!

I usually go to the one on State Street but this was on my way home but I am disappointed to say this will be my last time going to this one. My bowl was made lazily and half of it was missing. I was very disappointed as the bowls I have got from State Street were filled fuller and were neatly topped.

McKenna R took our order, and we asked for a regular and vegetarian wrap. They were delicious, and she personally made sure that they were separated. She even told us that she used different knives for cutting!! Great food and even better service!

Not a bad place to get an awesome smoothie. The staff was a little antisocial. I ordered online for a pick up order, they had trouble finding it even though I paid for it. They ended up finding it and then made it. I had arrived early just in case of any problems. There wasn’t a restroom that I know of. The prices for the smoothie were a little pricey. $7.99 for 24oz cup.

Bad customer service. Nobody looks like they want to be there. Long wait (15 mins for one smoothie). Disorganized and inefficient.

Never had a bad experience at any tropical smoothie, except this one.
Every wrap we ordered was incorrect, wraps were dramatically smaller than any of the other locations, no napkins put in carry out bag, ran out of items and staff not friendly.
We don’t eat fast food often, only when we are on long drives across the state. We definitely will be avoiding this spot in the future!
