Order take out didnt put in a tip cause I like to tip after and this is what I got. Im sorry but you shouldn’t be expecting a tip to make my food especially when you get paid to do your job and also when I paid 40 for your food. Ridiculous that I have to tip now to get good food cause apparently management doesnt pay you good enough

Update: Continue to love this place. Visit nearly every time we are in the area. I understand it remains a local favorite. Now online ordering & a rewards program. And catering. And gift cards. Definitely worth a visit.

If you haven’t had any of these smoothies do yourself a favor and grab a couple! I love the fact that with all smoothies made here you can add protein and other ingredients to enhance your smoothie. I’ve gotten the food a few times here more wraps than anything and they’ve always been pretty solid never an issue. Staff has always been great to me and my daughter when we go in there.

Hailey W was extremely rude to me this morning on Father’s Day! My 1 year old son and I decided to go for a small stroll to tropical smoothie to pick up smoothies for my husband for the special day. I wasn’t aware that Tropical smoothie doesn’t open until 10am now on sundays idk when that became a thing but 10 am is crazy especially considering the bagel place next store opens at 7am
Anyways the door was unlocked and I walked in and she yelled at me that they were closed and not to come in
Then I look at the door and leave I realize it says 10am on the sign I wasn’t aware they opened so late in the morning
I return at 10 am to get the smoothies for my husband even though I didn’t really want to go back in there after she yelled at me
Going back in there the experience was pretty awkward. She looked at me impatiently and waited for me to tell my order. I told her what I wanted I said thank you and she said nothing.
I took my order and told her to have a nice day. She seemed to be in management I’m not sure but I’m not going to let it ruin my day it’s Father’s Day for Pete’s sake!

My acai bowl was delicious. I did want to mention the peanut butter add on. For the price, the amount seemed quite minimal, seemed under a tablespoon. It might be worth considering increasing the portion slightly to better align with the price point.

Sometimes I come here and the food tastes great. It really depends on who is working–the quality is not consistent across different employees. Monday, my smoothie was very chunky and not well-blended, and the carribbean jerk wrap had extremely large pieces of onion and hardly any sauce. The apple had a large dent in it as if it were dropped. I’m usually not one to return or complain about food, but the price didn’t match the quality.

I love tropical smoothie because it takes an hour to get your food, even when you order for pickup it somehow still takes 6 years. This has been my experience at every tropical smoothie and I respect the consistency

Only good thing about this tropical smoothie is the clean bathroom. Somehow my order got lost in translation and wasn’t made. Had to wait 10 mins and the orders behind me got their orders. Figure it out. I used to work fast food so I do understand how it works.
