Bahama mama with pea protein is the best. No drive thru at this location and they were very busy but my smoothie was worth the wait. Thank you my daughter is enjoying her drangonfruit smoothie and Santa fe chicken quesadilla as well.

Some light and healthy options
There was one person working and a long line of people ready to order. I give the woman credit for staying calm while she was so busy, she never list her cool and had a smile the entire time.
There are plenty of smoothie options, fruits, greens or peanut butter based. The food list is ever growing, wraps, sammies and ‘dillas. The salsa side with the Santa fe ‘dilla is sweet and tangy at first bite, then is balanced out. The kale slaw with crisp green apples is a nice bite, but the dressing was sweeter than I’d like.

Glad you have new manager Hailey is excellent! I great smoothies ! The old manager didn’t do anything when my smoothie wasn’t right ! It was a hit or miss ! Now my smoothies are great ! Nick , Sarah , Bianca , Chole Emma and Hailey all make it

Got a jetty punch junior with no banana. I get this smoothie all the time, but tonight I got I cup of half ground ice. I can’t even taste the strawberry and I doubt there’s any sweetener because it literally tastes like ice. I’d rather throw my $3 in a fire and watch it burn than waste it at this place again.

I give it 3 stars, only because it has to do with wht staff they have working at the time. It today I’d give a 1.5 because the sandwich was amazing. Smoothies were not at all what we always get. They put a green banana in the smoothie and for the side banana they gave us a rotten one. Not one tht had spots, I’m talking one thts full black on one whole side. Placed the order thru the app which they weren’t watching those orders waited 5 mins after my pick up time before I finally said something after they took several other orders. Then was til d to be patient. I’m sorry what? This isn’t the first time having bad service or bad smoothies.

I’ve been twice this season, and the store is so well run. The food has been hot, and I even saw the manager checking orders and making sure the quality was high. I believe the manager’s name is Katrina, and she is amazing and personable. I would definitely return to this location due to the high standards she maintains and expects from her store.

If you’ve ever been to a tropical smoothie, you know it is a great atmosphere. This location doesn’t disappoint. As my “home” Tropical Smoothie, I’ve been here several times, and they are always nice. I used to have the same order, but I’ve recently started trying the wraps and different smoothies. I tried the Caribbean Jerk and the Thai Chicken, and both of them were a larger portion than I thought it would be, which is great! They also tasted amazing. Just enough heat and sweet for the Caribbean, and the perfect amount of dressing for the Thai Chicken. Great place, great people, great food!

The heavier set manager was so rude to her coworkers. She was calling one stupid and shouting at them in front of everyone. It was very uncomfortable, and to my cashier – you are not less than her for not seeing the sign. It was in small print and I could barely see it myself. That lady has got to go, she’s making a toxic work environment.
Otherwise, my cashier was wonderful and the food was delicious.
