We have been coming to this location for over 30 years.
Since the sale, the quality has definitely been noticed. We always got a combo. Consistent, delicious and fresh. Now, not sure who is making these pizzas, but it’s sloppy, and we can taste it. Also, it doesn’t have that “Mountain Mike’s” taste anymore. Probably will have to find another pizza place to patron. This is too bad, we want to support our local business owners, but things are different now.

Probably the priciest pizza! There are better options in town. Las Gastronomia has the BEST pizza! Baked in an actual wood fire oven, and at a much more reasonable price!
Besides already being expensive, this location has really gone downhill in quality. It is NOT worth your hard-earned money.

This Mountain Mike’s never misses! The staff is always super nice, the pizza comes out hot and cheesy, and the crust is perfect every time. You can tell they actually care about their customers — everyone’s smiling and helpful.
It’s a great spot to chill with friends, grab a cold drink, or catch a game. I’ve tried a bunch of pizza places around, but this one always hits different.

I don’t know what’s different between this place and the one near our old house but this one’s much much better.
Honestly a heck of a lot better than crummy TB down the road.
Better than Round Table as well.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s franchise style pizza but it’s probably towards the top of that list.

Ordered a large GF pizza and paid $60…..what I received was the teeny-tiniest large pizza I have ever seen. I don’t see how anyone could either accept or advertise the pizza I received as a large.
Not only this, it was burnt, brittle, and dry.
I am sure none of the capable people who work here intended to create or send out such a terrible pizza. There seems to be a pervasive issue with quality control here.
Did I eat it? Yes, because I was really hungry.
Did I enjoy it? Somewhat, in the very one-star way in which a little dog might enjoy nibbling on burnt crusts.
Grateful that it’s even possible to order a pizza in my lifetime, and yet this pizza has left a lot to be desired.
It was one of those pizzas which remind you of the importance of acceptance and keeping a good sense of humor, even among life’s many great and small indignities.
(In this case, a very small one.)
If you care about good food and receiving value, I suggest you learn from my mistake and order elsewhere.

Please go on the website and compare photos for the “Snowy Alps Specialty Pizza” to mine. Such a joke, yes you will have to zoom in on my pic to see any toppings. No garlic flavor either, truly a recession pizza, this will be our last time wasting our money here. Extremely disappointed!

We haven’t been to a mountain Mike’s Pizza since right before the paradise fire so this was a special dinner for us and the staff was super nice and when my husband went to shake some peppers on his pizza and the whole shaker opened up and let loose all over the pizza they made him a new pizza! I will definitely be back here while I am visiting my sister!!!!

I’ve been to this Mountain Mike’s a few times and it’s always a solid experience—pizza comes out hot and loaded with toppings, the staff is friendly, and the place is clean. Definitely one of the better locations I’ve been to and worth stopping in if you’re in Grass Valley.
