This location makes the best smoothies!!! Take your staff from here and have them train the other locations on how to properly make a smoothie so it’s not icy and flavorless. I will go out of my way to go to this location vs others now. Staff is great and the store is always clean!

I am a pharmaceutical sales representative and I do a lot of breakfast meetings and lunch meetings and just impromptu bring snacks to offices and I was in your store this morning and Carol and Sarah were awesome and that’s not always the case I have to say. They were incredibly personable And took great care of me. But the smoothie that I’m drinking right now in my car is one of the best smoothies I’ve ever had from tropical smoothie. There is a lot of inconsistency between the stores, but every time I come to the commerce store, it is perfect. Happy Thanksgiving and thanks for your help this morning

Made an online order, smoothie was pretty much pure ice and tasted like water. Went in to have a remake, first of all was told to pay for the smoothie. I didn’t pay for it and it was put in and I sat and waited. Another gentlemen asked for his smoothie to be remade after me, it came out almost immediately. I sat and waited for upwards of 25 minutes for my smoothie. When I finally asked where it was, I was told they didn’t have one for me. Then they said I had 2 orders ahead of me, so ten more minutes. I finally got my remade smoothie and it tasted like it was just plain sugar water. Got home and the food was labeled wrong. The wraps aren’t different enough to distinguish between each other by looks, so I ended up eating a wrap that contained ingredients I’m not supposed to be eating. This whole trip took an hour of my day and the only thing that was good from this experience were the prepackaged chips. I work in the food service and have actually worked at Tropical Smoothie so I understand how it can be when it gets busy, but when every person who was after you gets served first and your order STILL ends up being wrong…is very frustrating. Highly upset with this experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is THE worst Tropical Smoothie that I have been to in my life. The smoothies taste like a snow cone in a cup. Lots of ice no flavor. Do you even put fruit in the smoothies? If you do, I did not taste any. All I taste is pure ice. I ordered a pomegranate plunge add white chocolate. The Smoothie was too thick and I could barely sip it through the straw. I had to add some pomegranate Blueberry V8 that I had at home in the refrigerator to give my Smoothie some flavor and to thin it out. In the future, I will be driving further to a different location so I won’t ever waste my money here again. Please re-train your staff on how to make a proper Smoothie. Start with less ice!!!!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this place obviously needs some guidance. Upon entering they scream at you, “Need a mask!” I’m willing to comply, but they could say it in a much friendlier way. This is definitely not how I would greet my patrons. Three people walked right back out and didn’t return. We ordered a wrap, a sandwich, and a smoothie. When we opened our items at home, neither of the items were what we had ordered. At least our son enjoyed his smoothie.

Was in there and Manager was in lobby on her pc (I’m sure doing work) however there were 7 people in the store waiting for service. The employee making the smoothie was obviously new and struggling. The Manager was just sitting there and I could here her complaining on the phone. This store has gone completely down hill lately. I would definitely look at your management and re evaluate them. Immature and childish is the only thing I can say about what this
management person was talking about with a store full people. I will go to white lake going forward. I am not alone in this. Look at your staff cause they are dragging down your business .
