I have been getting pizzas here for around 20 years. I have ordered less and less from them over the years, mostly because they are way overpriced. Tonight I got a Thin Crust Hawaiian Barbeque. It had just about zero flavor. You could hardly taste the BBQ sauce, and of the three slices that I ate, there were 2 small pieces of pineapple. A total rip-off. Never again. I would have only given 1 star, but the delivery driver was awesome. After looking at all of the reviews, it is obvious that the owner doesn’t care.

We ordered while we were staying at the Holiday Inn Express for a lacrosse tournament. Ordered on the app. the Grand Papa with green peppers, and standard pepperoni. Marked on app to remove the deli pepperoni. Also ordered a Shaqaroni pizza. When we went to pick up the order they said was ready it wasn’t. Waited inside for about 10 min. While I was inside I noticed how dirty the business was, at this point I should have asked for a refund and left. Received pizza and left. Arrived at hotel and open the Grand Papa pizza to see they didn’t make the pizza as we requested. Furthermore the sticker on side of the box even states what the pizza was supposed to be. The Shaqaroni was correct. Had 1 slice of Grand Papa and it tasted absolutely disgusting, don’t know what was wrong but it was not good. We ate a couple pieces of the Shaqaroni pizza. Later that night my brother woke up sick to his stomach. Went online at this time and was in disbelief as I read all the TERRIBLE REVIEWS about this exact location about the food coming wrong or people getting sick ugh. Listen if you want pizza DO NOT ORDER PAPA JOHNS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ownership of this store should be ashamed. The city should be made aware of a business like this.

Went to the location on Joppa Road, placed an order…came back in 20 minutes, per their instruction & they forgot to make the pizza!!!

Emotional Intelligence
I should have read the reviews about this place that PREPARES FOOD is beyond unsanitary. There is no way this place is inspected by the Baltimore City, County or ANY Health Dept. The manager greets us with a papa johns napkin stuffed up his nostrils, no sanitary mask, no sanitary gloves, no hair net because you wouldnt be able to adore his dreadlocks. Literally stopped making pizzas and came directly to the cash register now ask yourself how many times has he did that. Had to wait and wdyk no handwashing or at least sanitizer just right back to preparing the pizzas, you cant make this stuff up. Ive been preparing food for family and friends for decades, I wear my gloves and hat because the last thing I want is someone to get sick. But this store is only open because people didnt read the reviews, dont be like me and have to write one just avoid them at all cost!

There appears to be a serious lack of customer service. Was in there waiting for an order and stood there for several moments before even being acknowledged by any of the employees. If you want your food quickly this is NOT the place for you!

Ordered 2 large pizzas, delivery was fulfilled by Door Dash. Door Dash only delivered one pizza I called and was told I’d have to wait 30 minutes for them to re make the pizza and another Door Dash driver would deliver or I could just come pick it up. Was told any issues needed to be addressed with Door Dash and they just placed blame back on Papa Johns. The pizza I did get wasn’t very appetizing by any means.

Can someone please explain what this is???? My husband kept seeing the commercial about the Papa bowls so he wanted to try it. Well when he got home & took it out the box that was inside of a pizza box, this is what it looked like. He doesn’t like your pizza & it’s obvious why. EPIC FAIL! I wouldn’t feed this to a dog! He threw it right in the trash before I could tell him to take it back. That is utterly ridiculous! Needless to say, we will NOT be back!

We ordered three pizzas for my sister’s birthday party 7/7/17 around 8 PM. The employee taking our order was very rude and was too worried about her cell phone. Of course this prevented her from knowing our actual order and she was unable to put in the correct order. We pick up the pizzas, go in the car and check them and toppings that we payed for were missing from a pizza! We were running late and unable to have them fix our order so we left with our dry pizza. Terrible customer service and bad experience. Would not recommend and will not be returning.
