I recently tried the açaí bowl and was a bit disappointed. There wasn’t much of the base, and the consistency was more watery than expected. The flavor was still good, but I was hoping for a thicker texture and a more balanced portion overall. Great service though

Me and the Mr. stopped in for a quick smoothie while we were nearby. The store was quiet, and we were the only customers, which made the lack of interaction even more noticeable.
I got the Avocolada smoothie, and it was genuinely good Smooth, flavorful, and refreshing — no complaints there.
The service, however, was rude and uncomfortable. It’s awkward trying to place an order when someone is just staring at you, waiting for you to speak, instead of greeting you or asking what you’d like.
There was no greeting, no communication about the order or total, and the cashier just stared and pressed our order into the cash register. The only thing she said — the first and last thing — was asking for the name on the order.
I wouldn’t return to this location.

I went to this location and attempted to purchase a sandwich with plant base options. I was told that they stopped selling plant bases me about a year ago. I don’t eat animals so I canceled my order. The cashier suggested a hummus wrap so I placed the order. I was given the hummus wrap and waited for my smoothie. As I waited for my smoothie, I proceeded to eat the sandwich. Upon biting the sandwich, I feel something crunch. So I opened the sandwich to see what it was until my horror it was bacon. I immediately spit the food out and started feeling sick and nasty. I explained to the cashier that they had bacon on the sandwich. A young lady came over and I explained to her what happened. She then stated that she would make me another sandwich. I then ran to the bathroom to vomit and risk my mouth. I returned to the lobby and was giving the replacement sandwich and the smoothie. Once I got home an attempted to eat the sandwich. I begin vomiting again. I could still taste bacon in my mouth, and the thought of eating an animal has made me feel dirty and unclean. I contacted tropical smoothie and their corporate office two days ago and I have yet to hear a response from either of them. I also filed a complaint with the department of health over food, safety concerns. I haven’t eaten in two days because of this and the fact that the company has not responded to my complaint is telling. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. Once they have your money, you are no longer their concern. I’m definitely considering legal actions because that was unexceptionable and the non response from the particular store or their corporate office is also unexceptionable. No stars .

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible customer service!
I visited this location around 9:00 PM and attempted to order a sandwich and smoothie. An employee informed me that they were no longer serving food. When I politely asked why, she replied, “We stop serving food an hour before closing, because who wants a smoothie at 9 PM.”
I then asked to speak with the manager, who responded with an eye roll and spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner. While she eventually agreed to fulfill my order, the entire experience felt dismissive and unfriendly.
Half the restaurant lights were already turned off, and other customers were being turned away well before closing time. This practice not only discourages paying customers but also reflects poorly on the management of the location.

I was serviced by Bre on 3/4/3026 and She was very rude and dismissive I noticed she was having trouble with another customer before taken my order and the energy transferred over to me she was talking very fast and just all around a rude person. when asked by another employee what was wrong they both laughed and brushed off the way I was treated . Than once receiving my order it was made incorrectly and I had to asked for it to be corrected.
