I took my kids the other night and I don’t know if it’s just this stores policy but we got there at 805 and were told that they shut off the grill at 8 and don’t make food after that. We’ve been to other tropical smoothies and never had an issue. Also, the girl working the counter this Monday night was very rude, we’ve had her before and have never had a good experience with her, she has forgotten food and when it was brought up she argued with us.

Ummm 3 choices for kids drinks…. wow and refuses to make other smoothies in a small size. It is difficult to measure? This was our attendees response and my manager refuses to let us make different sizes. Poor kids have to have the crap flavors of smoothies. Banana for 2 options and other strawberry. Real cool for those allergic to those fruits. Great job Tropical Smoothie for vastly limiting your customer base. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN.

The food was pretty gross and undercooked. The bacon on my wrap didnt even look like it was bacon. I was pretty disappointed and couldnt finish it after a couple bites. The smoothie was alright but was pretty watery and flavorless.

Very clean. Service was on point and the staff clearly knew their menu… Offered a substitute when I did not want bananas in my smoothie. Service was quick and the smoothie was amazing. Will most definitely return.

Stood at the counter more than 25 minutes without even being acknowledged by the staff. I made an online order and told her I would like to add to it. She told me she wouldn’t take my order because online orders are the priority. I asked if she could at least take my order so it could get on the list and she told me no. They would take my order when they were caught up. horrible, horrible customer service! She told me that was her bosses rule.

Welp be prepared to wait over a half an hour for a smoothie (didn’t order food). At the Brighton location, they only take 5 mins. This has now happened both times I’ve come to the South Lyon one. Management should tell the kids that work there to prioritize people who only ordered smoothies before those who order food. Won’t be back.
