We ordered a lot of tropical smoothie for a large event at a local apartment community, Vic Village, and was super pleasantly surprised at:
1. How helpful & friendly the manager was
2. Things were ready on time
3. Everything was packed nicely and on ice
4. He even helped carry it all out to our car

I get lunch here frequently and the food is always good and normally the staff is nice. Today however I went in and the person taking orders was very aggressive, and rude. They had on a winter coat and a baseball hat that was not Tropical Smoothie brand, and they seemed have have an attitude about people using the restroom. When I asked if there was a key he yelled loudly that the restroom is for customers only, even though I had been sitting there for 15-20 minutes eating my food. A different employee gave me the key, and was nice about it. Maybe he should be taught better about customer service like the other employees are.

I’ve been to this location about two times now. Both times my quesadillas have been so burnt and dry they are hard as rocks. Inedible and tasted terrible. Little to no cheese in sight. When I’ve purchased smoothies they were half blended as well. So sad that this location has disappointed me two times now.

Friendly staff and good food, very comparable to other tropical smoothie locations. I will say, I got a three cheese chicken quesadilla but they made it w/o the chicken… I didn’t even realize until I was halfway done, but that’s the reason for 3 stars. Other than that, good smoothie, clean restaurant, and nice employees.

Stopped for a smoothie for a very special little girl who is in the hospital. The girl who took my order was very rude. Our smoothies which are not cheap taste like theres a splash of fruit over my blended ice. Very disappointing

Really awesome experience here as a debate camp RA. I came here often to cool off in the hot Michigan summer. Prices were reasonable and fruits that were the component parts of the smoothies were delicious!

I used uber eats to deliver my food and my quesadilla had hair throughout. I called to get a replacement since I am at work for 12hours and the manager said that they would send another but I felt like their was disbelief in his tone as if I was making it up. So for proof I am uploading pictures. I love tropical smoothie otherwise and this was the first time I have ever had anything wrong.
