I brought my family of 6 into this Tropical Smoothie for lunch this afternoon. We were greeted the moment we walked in the door. Melanie was extremely helpful and kind as she took our order. She was very thorough to ask if we wanted any add ons. She was patient as each of my 4 kids placed their orders. Then while Melanie worked on our food orders Kennedy made all our smoothies. She was so fun and interactive with my kids as she made their smoothies and brought them right out to them with a huge smile on her face. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be going back there again.

The absolute worst tropical smoothie location. The smoothies here always seem to miss the mark compared to the other locations. I come here because it’s close to where I live, but I’d rather go the extra distance to get my smoothies now. The quality has been steadily declining, and today, I recieved the worst smoothie I’ve ever gotten from any location. It had no flavor and hardly any color. I feel like I basically paid $7 for a cup of blended ice. How unfortunate. The staff is always friendly. I just don’t understand how the smoothies are so bad here.

I wanted a turkey sandwich but not the creole Mayo on it, regular Mayo, but they said they don’t have regular Mayo. My son got a blueberry smoothie and salad. He said it was good. I did not eat or drink anything.

Workers not polite, Lisa made the wrong smoothie didn’t apologize for it, she did remake it but didn’t blend it at all whole ice cubes in it. she grabbed the mismade smoothie off the counter and put it in the garbage with an attitude.

Been coming to this location for years now, and I have a few allergies so I get the same three smoothies with a small modification. Well as of this morning I’m told the owner is charging for substitutions. So I canceled my order, and placed my order online for the SAME location with no additional charge. Only use the app for this location they are robbing you.

Poor management. The manager would not come to the window and speak with me. I was trying to order a kids size smoothie off the menu, more than happy to pay the 7$ and they were arguing with me and not willing to complete my order. Never have I been refused as a paying customer I don’t get it I was willing to pay. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT GO HERE 0/10 would not recommend

Be careful ACCIDENTALLY ORDERING AT THIS LOCATION (We’ve never ordered here before) they will NOT cancel your order or refund your money for a single honest mistake. They want to “resell” your uneaten food and drink instead (ew?). This costed me more than if they were to simply cancel it. I’m also curious as to why the cost was higher at this location from the one I meant to order at..
When we went into the location we thought we ordered at and let them know this^ the reactions we got created motion. Needless to say, they were not shocked and very apologetic “I would have refunded you”. I’ll always be certain we double check the location in the future.

This location doesn’t have the regular size smoothie cups and they aren’t filling them up all the way so I don’t know about you but I don’t want to pay full price for not a full drink

This location isn’t very consistent I’ll say. The last three smoothies I’ve gotten from here were not made properly and had too much ice, and really killed the flavor. The chicken in the quesadilla is either chewy or not there. And this location is a tad slow. I’ll say there’s one lady there that has efficiency and great customer skills. Other than her, I’m not sure how I feel about this location.
