Great spot with friendly people working in it! Delicious smoothies, fresh rolls and fast service! Nice seating area inside with large glass windows to enjoy the view while you are dining. Salad was great too with fresh vegetables and dressing! Will be coming back!

I ordered 3 smoothies from their app for delivery. They passed the delivery on to Door Dash. It was not delivered to the correct address, once I finally retrieved it (from the wrong address), there were no stickers over the lid/straw holes (tamper proofing)…and no straws! Manager was supposed to call me over a week ago to discuss. Still waiting

I was in here like 15 min ago got quick food while working. Smoothie great but who ever put this together in the back had to have been blind like there’s no other explanation for this. You need to just take pride in your work and do the best that you can do. And if this is the best you can do then I feel bad for you… but good smoothie I guess

Keith is truly an exceptional employee. I really appreciate the way he came to work ready to assist customers with genuine care and attention. I ordered an apple to go, and he went above and beyond taking the time to slice it into four pieces, carefully choosing the right knife to avoid any cross-contamination, and wrapping it neatly. Something as simple as an apple was made into a thoughtful experience, and because of Keith’s kindness and attention to detail, I’ll definitely be returning to this location.

There was a dead ladybug in my salad. When I called to let them know, I was told it did not come from the store, and it must have came from outside even though the salad was sealed until I got home. There was a lack of concern from the employee and no refund was offered.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and only today had an issue. I ordered a detox island green smoothie, and it seems like they blended plastic into my drink. I’ve had to spit out 3 pieces so far. That’s what I get for using a coupon I guess

Overall I like Tropical Smoothie Cafes (TSC)…
But some location like this one have staff that’s slower that molasses !
To owner operator; your staff is either tired, or just slow, or doesn’t want to be there, or needs to be replaced if they don’t want to be there or needs extra help at this location !
Also, on the past 2 occasions I ordered food (breakfast wrap) without ham and extra bacon (which is additional .50 cents)… and I only get a wrap with egg and cheese.
Again, either employees are not paying attention to orders or your TSC App isn’t transferring over the info that we as customers are inputting.
Here’s a pic of my order and the breakfast wrap, that’s without bacon.
