I was looking forward to trting the new bacon chicken snack wrap as I had heard really good things about it.
Upon opening the bag, the grease was coming though the wrapper and the snack we rap was over cooked the tortilla crumbled. It was near impossible to eat. Very disappointing. My smoothie was good!

Ordered hummus wrap and there was NO hummus on it!! How do you leave off main ingredient? This is second time order was wrong. I called and talked to the manager who made excuses that they were busy, training a new person, and having a shift change so they don’t always get the orders 100% right in those circumstances. Again, they missed the hummus in a hummus wrap – that’s not even close. That’s a customer service FAIL. Not the customer’s fault and sounds like a serious training issue. I’m giving up on this place!

I like this place but there Bahama MA ma’s aren’t as good as the Tropice Smoothie Cafe location in Florida. This location is a lot faster then the one I love. The one I love takes 30 minutes or or more to make one drink.
The young adult’s working here are Friendly and pleasant. It was only $5.00 for a medium smoothie. They keep the shop clean and make sure the place looked nice and presentable
You can order Smoothies for here on line using your cell phone. You can get food here too. I felt like the Flash with how fast and easy it was to order my drink and received it.

I have been going to Tropical Smoothie for about 5 years now. I frequent multiple locations both in KY and Ohio and I get takeout probably once or twice a week on average. However, my last two experiences with one location have been unpleasant. Both times I ordered a Caribbean jerk chicken wrap with no romaine. I have a very high sensitivity to romaine or any type of lettuce. Well… you guessed it!!! both times, my wrap had romaine. The first time I tried to call the store but it was a busy tone all evening, so I never got through. This second time after ordering from other locations with no issues, I tried the place close to me again. With another epic fail, I called the store and this time a person did answer and he told me to just take it off. Take a look at my picture and tell me it’s easy to just take it off. I asked for a manager and instead I got a team lead and was given excuses. She told me they have trainees and getting things 100% is difficult and I said apparently reading is not a requirement because my ticket says no romaine. After that I was given a VIP card for a free smoothie or food item. While I appreciate the gesture, I have no confidence that they can get my order right, so I will not be ordering that wrap any more. This experience and lack of customer service has definitely turned me negative towards this restaurant and will be used by my family less and less in the future. I work in IT and customer service comes first and foremost and having a business that I used to frequently enjoy, hire incompetence and then make excuses…is just sad!!

I just wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. I ordered and paid for my smoothie, even leaving a tip. A few minutes later, two officers came in and placed a larger order, which was completed and handed to them before my order was given to me — even though my smoothie was already sitting on the counter.
When I asked if it was mine, the person who took my order casually pointed to it and said it “might” be mine, as if it had just been sitting there on purpose. I believe all paying customers deserve to be treated equally and orders should be served in the order they’re placed, regardless of who the customer is. It felt dismissive and unfair, and I hope this can be addressed moving forward.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! From the moment I walked in, the place was spotless—the team was constantly wiping down counters and keeping everything fresh and clean, which I really appreciated.
Shoutout to Maddie, the cashier, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She took my order with a smile, made great recommendations, and made the whole experience even better. The staff here clearly takes pride in their work, both in customer service and keeping the cafe in top shape.
Oh, and of course, the smoothie was delicious—perfectly blended and refreshing! Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great service, a clean environment, and a tasty treat. Will definitely be back!
