I’ll start by saying I will definitely be ordering from them again.
From the ease of ordering online to the quality of the food, everything was outstanding. I chose delivery, which was incredibly convenient, and it arrived promptly. The delivery person was exceptionally friendly and took great care in ensuring my order arrived safely.
This time, I ordered a couple of different pizzas, and they were fantastic. I’m already looking forward to my next order so I can explore more of their menu items.

Unique variety of pizza, pasta,wings, and more. The desserts sounded delicious but I didn’t order any, however the food was top notch. It was almost closing time and not only did we get delivery but was also given a generous discount (late night special) and was very impressed at the quality. I highly recommend trying Sarpino’s if you are in St.Paul. Magnificent!

Myself and 3 of my friends came in with just 30 mins left until they closed. One guy was working and he was as nice as can be. He was patient and very helpful as we all had individual orders and half/half pizzas. We watched him go to work and it was a thing of beauty! All our pizzas came out perfect and tasted amazing!

Issues with order. Clearly told worker i wanted a medium size new york deli pizza, and buffalo wings, wings got fine but got asked what kind i wanted 3x before during and after order was placed. Pizza however i pointed out to him the order was wrong on the recipt, it wasnt what ordered(midnight express), said they were out of printer paper, so wrote on it what i wanted (new york deli). Got my pizza and it has japapenos on it(midnight express) i dont like spending $50 on pizza and not get what i ordered. Going else where for pizza.

Ordered a Classico Italiano Pizza with their business partner Uber Eats and they captured the items wrong , when I called to get the order straight they said they didn’t make a mistake and even if they did they are not responsible of that being delivered to me they try to blame the Uber driver even when he get the items wrong in first place.
Very disappointed of the customer service specially coming from the person on the phone that allegedly claim to be the manager.
Apparently they think root beer and orange crush is the same and a the Uber driver supposed to open my pizza box to make sure the toppings where correctly added by the cooks.

Way too greasy, following in the shadows of Pizza Hut. They came to our address, before telling us they forgot the order, and then they went back to go get it, taking even longer before we got our food. They offered us a refund, but still, how do you forget the food you’re supposed to deliver. Came with crushed red peppers, best part of the entire meal. The pizza was cut extremely disproportionally, like how do you mess up that bad. Never actually refunded us either.

I’ve had a few bad experiences, but this order was the worst. From the pickup to eating it at home, everything went wrong. When I arrived, there were two employees present: one was asleep or appeared to be high, slumped in the corner without even lifting his head, while the other was engrossed in his phone and didn’t notice me standing there asking for my pizza. I was about to leave when a woman rushed in from the back, seemingly out of nowhere.
The whole situation was a mess. She asked for my name, which hadn’t even been asked for when I was ordering, and then I requested the pizza I ordered which was a beef pizza. When I got home and opened the box, there was no beef on the pizza. I tried several slices, and they were all unpleasant and disappointing. I decided to remove the cheese from the top of the pizza and see inside, it was filled with ground beef and raw dough. The sight of it made me feel sick to my stomach. It was incredibly unsatisfactory, and I was hungry and this is what I was served.The customer service was also poor. I hope they can improve and make necessary changes.

Ordered Sarpino’s off Door Dash last night. They live up to the gourmet pizza. The crust was baked rich and butter there topping were fresh and not overloading your palate, The cheese complements the pizza will mild yet not over doing it. I also had a sweet tooth were the dessert sticks came in in fresh Bavarian cream Cherry filling and streusel topping on top of a sweet chewy dough then baked to lightly crisp all a round a amazing experience I recommend it items soon are the 16″ Tuscany pizza 14″ Margarita pizza and personal Cherry dessert sticks
