The photos say more than any review could but after trying this location twice we will not be returning. Management without shoes on!!! Disgusting! Mopping the floor without socks, grabbed something out of the mop water and never washed her hands before making 3 smoothies after that. Have ordered the same smoothies multiple times from other locations and these ones were definitely not even made correctly! I will be emailing corporate as well. Love Tropical Smoothie but this location is disgusting and we will not be returning.

This was my first time visiting this location and it was a great experience! My nephew and I ordered Açaí Bowls. Both bowls were loaded with fresh fruit, granola, and honey. The employees were also friendly. It was a chill, clean atmosphere to enjoy our food in. Thank you for the good experience!

If you’re ordering a smoothie from this location, go ahead and throw the money away! I ordered online and received my food right away. The man making the smoothies was just moving around NOT making smoothies. I finally asked about my smoothie after 15 minutes and the guy never made it. One of the other workers pointed out that there were several smoothies that needed to be made and told him to “stop clearing out the screen so fast”. He then proceeded to make my smoothie incorrectly. When I refused to take it because it contained ingredients that I’m allergic to, he stated “Oh, I guess I should’ve read that.” He then made the smoothie incorrectly AGAIN. I asked him if it was correct and he said yes. I took one sip and knew that it was wrong. I threw it in the trash and left. He was texting on his cell phone and talking on the work landline phone the entire time I was waiting. His entire smoothie area was TRASHED and nothing about it seemed up to code. He was not cleaning the containers correctly either. He was sniffing ingredients to see what they were. Luckily I’m leaving Ohio in a few days and going back to the East Coast where Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations take pride in their work and provide EXCELLENT customer service.
