Customer service seems to be an ingredient that is lacking in this area… But this location doesn’t have that problem anymore. I had stopped going due to past issues and now I’m a regular. The employees I encounter are nice, courteous and knowledgeable about the products. The food and smoothies are consistently prepared with care and served with a smile. I know this Tropical Smoothie Cafe but…. I’m lovin’ it!

Probably by far the worst service, the girl that was working tonight had a terrible attitude. I will never come back to this location nor will I recommend. Used to come here all the time when the service was decent now it’s terrible. People are on their phones. They have sour faces please hire new people otherwise this place will be going out of business pretty quick based on these reviews.

Customer Service was terrible! Down right unacceptable along with uncalled for. The two young ladies that attempted to service us need retraining if not fired which I would highly recommend.

After seeing the other bad reviews I feel like it’s no reason to post mine. After surgery these smoothies became every essential into my life for the protein. I go inside all the time at different locations. THERE IS ALWAYS EXTRA SMOOTHIE THEY USUALLY THREW AWAY. If I paid for protein n you are throwing away my extra instead of giving what I already paid for is a huge problem! I even offer to pay for using an extra cup now I’m being told for over a month I can’t get the excess I paid for. So you guys can’t guarantee that my getting all the grams of protein then is completely unreasonable

0 stars. Online order submitted 30 minutes before picking up. Not ready. Had to stand and wait another 15 minutes. A total of 45 minutes for fast food. Would’ve been able to eat at a steak house quicker than this place.

I literally get the same smoothie every trip and I’m not understanding why this location is way more than the other locations but for me to actually pay for extra coconut in my smoothie and she only gives me one scoop then I asked her what’s the point of paying for extra coconut if you’re still only giving me one scoop and for her to have an attitude with me because I asked her for another scoop because I paid for another scoop…?? Like I am an active customer but I’ll rather have to take that drive to Maumee then Monroe Street because I get better service out Mommy but Alexis and Monroe is closer but the customer service is so horrible this location already cost a dollar more than the other locations and then to get not what I paid for and for you to get an attitude with me

I had an online pick-up order and the order was done in a timely manor. However, the smoothie was made wrong and tasted gross to say the least.
Unfortunately, this was not the first time they messed my order up, it happens often. Please do better, as I don’t always have time to come get my order remade.
Today, I drove back up there and they remade the order without hesitation. I’d consider that a win…

I stop in every so often to get a smoothie and sometimes I’ll get a bite to eat. All I can say is ” Get off your phone and attend to the customers”! While being there I went to use the bathroom, the bathrooms are not well kept. As I looked around the area, and I went to sit at a table while waiting for my purchase I noticed the tables are not properly wiped down. Everybody behind the counter is playing around too much and not doing their jobs! This is not high school, or is it? This is very sad. The blenders are not cleaned out properly, so if someone has an allergy BE FOREWORNED, they are not going to wash it properly.
