I was traveling from out of town and hungry. From being in line thru the drive thru to then experiencing complications with their outside menu, the person taking my order was rude!! Very rude!! Nasty attitude. After making my payment and getting my order I clearly asked if everything I ordered for myself and my passengers were in the bag. Her response…Yes..I drive off considering I had another hour to get home to only realize my order was I complete. No straws for my drinks, no napkins or sauces and Missing 2 items from my order. I know for sure I will never go there again.

Everytime I go to this location it’s a problem the staff is rude.i called to tell them my order was wrong she hung up on me.i called rite back then I got the manager I told him what just took place he nevered apologize about her behavior. Convenient location. Drive thru available. But please make sure you checked your order cause sometimes you may miss some items. They are busy, so mistakes happen.

As everything else McDonald’s has changed. It’s food still tastes the same though burgers seem to be very thin. Fries are extremely thin. Chicken nuggets are thin. It seems we’re getting less for our money, maybe even more money. It seems everywhere prices have gone up but quality has gone down.

I tried to call them to have a situation rectified multiple times to no avail as I refuse to go in there. Even during the drive through they were less then interested to even be there to work and make money. This order was very simple, was not complicated. It was a Sausage McGriddle Meal with no egg and no cheese. So it is just the McGriddle Bread and a Sausage patty, that’s it. God forbid there is a complicated order. They are not going to know what to do with it.

Since I have to give one star to write this , I’ll spare them this star but only for this comment.. I literally just walked up to the door to eat , and they were locked. I get someone to come to door only to find out they weren’t going to open it , when the sign read open until 8 pm. I showed lady my phone read 6 pm and she said no still, the drive thru was the only thing open. I said no big deal, I’ll meet you at the window . She literally said ” you have to have a car to eat “. So forewarning, do not expect much from here, especially being a kid with no car.. THE WORST service out of any spot I ever been to. Yes I say that with conviction, THE WORST
