First time here – staff (team and mgr included) was extremely patient and helpful with helping me with my app/rewards that weren’t working for some reason. Also! My food came out in less than two minutes! On lunch break so that really helped…stay awesome! Will definitely be back again if I’m working in the area. Thanks again:)

Food and smoothies are amazing, however this store needs a new and improved mobile order pickup station. Every time I go in the store it’s a different pick up system. Sometimes I’ll stand at the counter for 3 minutes before anybody even says anything to me. The staff is pleasant but the process is not efficient.

Went in ordered two smoothies a wrap and bag of chips. Handed her a 50$ told me under under $30 we’re not allowed to use a 50$. Lucky for u my wife was with me pushed me aside and paid. Ordered a few things from here, and they were all good, the açaí bowl was awesome.Had the detox island smoothie before, ordered it again, but it was not as good as the one we had ordered before, need to be consistent. I don’t know what’s wrong here now, but the quality and quantity has gone way done, açaí berry blast not good, and açaí bowl hardly any fruits looks like recession has hit already.

The place was filthy when i walked in, that should have been my sign to turn around and go to another location.
The service was horrible. The owner was just talking to the employee in the back(could hear the whole conversation)while 3 customers were waiting. After a customer yelled out to the owner(much okder lady) she got rude and snappy and said they needed to inventory . This is not the first time the owner has been rude, my sister wont shop this location due to the ownership.
The corporate leg needs to step in and gain control of this location, it has already given them a bad reputation!!

The smoothie is ALWAYS watery! It’s never consistent with making a simple smoothie! Peoples get offended when your telling them the smoothie you just made me was nasty!!! Remind you I order this smoothie all the time. Too chunky not mixed right or too watery. Like come on man.

Unfortunately we waited almost an hour for acai bowls and never got them. I asked for a refund so we could leave, and a man behind the counter had to give me cash from his wallet. They were very kind and apologetic, but things were being run horribly. They even asked for my receipt after we waited 30 minutes, but still, no one made our food. Smoothies were coming out right and left, but not our food. A kind customer changed their overflowing trash cans, also.

I DoorDashed two orders of snack rolls, they come 2 rolls to an order, and I only received one order. They are $10 an order and I am now at a loss of $10 and lack an order that I paid for.
Highly disappointed, but not surprised with Tropical Smoothie. Every Tropical Smoothie location in the Toledo area seems inconsistent on quality and order accuracy when it comes to food. The smoothies are good and I am a repeat customer at any location due to that fact.

Love this location, I’ve been coming here since they open up. They have always been quick with making my smoothies. I can count on one hand I had to wait a long time but that’s because it was during the afternoon it was a lot of people in there. I usually get mine in the morning. My favorite is chia !
