I went there for lunch and received apple kale slaw that was sour, the chipotle chicken club sauce tasted like it had a cleaner product in it, I called to speak with the manager Jennifer to tell her the food caused me not to feel well she was rude and pretty much called me a liar about the food it is the worst food and customer service that I have experienced in a long time. I have ate there every day for lunch for over a year and to be treated this way was unacceptable. I will never eat there again!!!

This is my second time trying Tropical Smoothie cafe. I ordered online and picked it up in store and it was a easy pickup. The staff was friendly and the area was neat and clean. I got the bacon chicken ranch flatbread which was the perfect amount of food. I also got a acai smoothie which was very good. Lastly I got an acai bowl which also was a had the perfect flavor and taste for me. I would come back.

Drive through wait time is ridiculous and could be excused if customer service was better. The cashier opened the window, did not greet or repeat my order back to me she just stated a total, I handed her my card. She completed my transaction and handed my card back to me. Another lady , opened the window, handed me a smoothie and walked off also with no greeting or verification of the order. After another 5 minutes a lady came to the window with slightly “better” customer service, she asked me if what she was handing me was correct, made sure I had my smoothie still not much of a greeting but she did at least say thank you. Customer service goes a long way in a business, especially one new to town. I enjoyed my smoothie and food but I’ll be sure not to visit this location if I’m having a bad day

Terrible customer service. Ordered pickup and sat in drive thru for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging I was there? Eventually gave up and went inside, got food, everything was fine. Idk if I was in the wrong spot I guess? It was just weird having two employees look up at me from inside but then not redirect me if I wasn’t supposed to be in drive thru? Bad vibe – hope it was just a fluke, food was delicious

the food is always good but the drive thru is absolutely terrible. Sitting in the drive thru for over 15 min with one person ahead of you is crazy. Plus no one even acknowledges you sitting at the window. After another 10 min of sitting at the drive thru window I just left without my food. I would’ve left earlier but the drive thru is in an alley so you’re stuck.

Horrible experience and GM was very much unprofessional! The lady at the window told me they were very busy and that I needed to wait… I went on to wait 45 minutes to get food and smoothie due to the fact that I was unable to get out of line.
