Been a long time fan of Tropical Smoothie! I travel quite a bit and I will typically find the closest Tropical Smoothie when I do. Been to quite a few in multiple states. I can say without a doubt that the one in Kingsport Tennessee is the best that I have been to with far superior smoothies. I used to travel to Johnson City from time to time to get a smoothie so I was extremely excited when one opened in Kingsport. A few months back I stopped in to get a smoothie on my way to Bristol. Ava told me that she made my smoothie “her way” and it was hands down the best smoothie I have ever had! She continues to make my smoothies in the same way and she has also had MacKenzie and Scout making them the same. Ava, MacKenzie, and Scout are typically who are running the window when I stop by the in the mornings, all three are absolutely amazing with amazing quality and the service! Keep up the great work!!!

Everyone else is also amazing each time I go in. Drinks are awesome and they offer them at slight discount when ordering food! I keep getting the Jamaican j chicken sandwich but will try other stuff.

I bought two smoothies here. I was impressed not only by the deliciousness of the smoothies, but also by the size of the smoothies. Huge value for the size!
The young lady who took my order and made my smoothies was a delight and provided excellent customer service. She made the smoothies in a timely manner and was kind enough to bring them out to me at the table.
The ambiance of the place can best be described as “cute, bespoke beach cafe”. Everything was very clean. The menu was well presented and easy to read. Definitely will be back!

I just tried the southwest wrap and the chia oatmeal pudding bowl remove oats. Let me tell you, portions are impeccable. However, I couldn’t stop eating the wrap. I did get it doordashed however, I frequent this store on good weather days and have never had a bad experience, long wait, or any related problems. 10/10 my big back is pleased again and again.

I ordered takeout this morning from the app. Order was to be ready at 8:06. At 8:10 doors were locked so I went to the drive through and was told doors aren’t open until second employee arrives. I sat in drive through until 8:40…my flatbread was cold. Website says you open at 7. Don’t advertise an untruth.

Showed up 10 minutes before closing, with open sign on, for a single smoothie only to find doors were locked. Knocked at all doors, employees could be seen inside talking and laughing but avoiding looking at the doors where I was knocking. Serve patrons during the hours you are open. Seems pretty basic. Will not return.

Hello so I come here all the time and one of my favorite people here is Shay she is the sweetest and I actually seen a terrible review on her and wanted to put my 2 cents in unlike alot of you know when it comes to apps and rewards if it does not work for some reason unfortunately a lot of the times we cannot fix that it’s the app not us and to me on your review you said she gave you a discount trying to give you 4$ off witch is better than nothing at all so she tried her best to mediate the situation and you were not okay with that I’m guessing because it wasent exactly what you wanted but yah know all of us order takers as cashiers deserve more credit then we get a lot of you haven’t had a good day and decide I want a smoothie or food or whatever it may be and that bad energy then is thrown at us maybe because you code didn’t work or you seen something that you thought was for that date but was for another… but anyways the person who took a picture of shay who again has been the sweetest person ever every time I have come here she goes above and beyond with customer service!! And that picture you took of her is amazing she always looks good even when she is being yelled at over a discount
