He consistently demonstrates kindness and a willingness to go above and beyond for me. His exceptional customer service skills and genuine concern for patrons make him a breath of fresh air. The food and service provided under his management are consistently fresh, fast, and courteous, which keeps me returning. It is a pleasure to interact with him, and I extend my gratitude to the company for hiring such an outstanding manager to lead a great team. As it is often said, effective management is the cornerstone of success, and Alex embodies this principle. He is an invaluable asset to the company, and I firmly believe that you will not find a better Burger King establishment anywhere. Terribly slow, be prepared to wait at least 20-30 minutes in the drive thru during lunch. The staff is unprofessional. Most recent example: I ordered a whopper meal. Finally got to the window, and the guy told me to pull forward. I had to go in 10 minutes later only to find out, he forgot he told me to pull forward. Then the manager chastised him right in front of the customers. If there was another drive-thru restaurant on base, I wouldn’t bother.

Very impressed with the young man taking my order today in the drive thru. Multi tasking and getting it right, friendly and very professional. Great food and experience. We actually tried to go to the one off nacogdoches rd. by rolling oaks mall but they were closed. I’m glad. Last time I was there the lady yelled at me. This location is top notch with me.

Went there twice……both bad. Worst Burger king ever. Stood there 10 minutes at 11 am while 3 or 4 people were cleaning. Nobody attempted to take our order. We left. The first time I waited 45 min for a salad. This is on a military base. These guys deserve better!

Went to the Randolph Burger King today (6/13/2024). The place was empty, only one person waiting for food. The person working the window came to the cash register since there were no cars in the drive thru. Did not say anything just looking down with an attitude and told another person to take my order. The next person was friendly and took my order. I ordered the croissant with egg, ham and cheese. Four persons were working and it took 20 min to get my food. I guess they had to catch the chicken first to get the egg. It does not take 20 min to prepare and order like this. Order placed at 10:05, my name was called to get my order 10:25. No wonder the place was empty.
