Got mocha shake and acai bowl. I felt the shake is too sweet for me and the quantity is too less for the bowl. Overall good place to try.

I have been coming here consistently for the last few years, almost once a week. I get the same thing every time. Over the last couple months, their buffalo chicken wrap has become pitiful. For the wrap and the smoothie I usually get used to be $13… Now it is $15 and the wrap is a lot smaller than it used to be. I am really disappointed. I don’t know that I will go back.

Food is fine. Healthy is definitely a gimmick, it’s not healthy whatsoever. Staff was rude, lol. Not like “not my kind of staff.” They were kinda just plain rude. Not helpful, didn’t even give me what I ordered, stated it like 3 times. Maybe they were just having a bad day, I don’t know. Praying for them, just thought I’d leave a review ☺️

This location by far is one of the best Tropical Smoothie Cafes I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Two years ago, I went to a Tropical Smoothie Cafe in the Outer Banks in North Carolina and it was disgusting, the service was poor and my smoothie tasted like crap. I see why this location scored 99 on their health inspection, I love the people there, the service is fast and they always greet you when you walk in the door. Their Avocalada and the Island Green Paradise is sooooooo good!!

Download the app for weekly specials.. food was fantastic..we went for breakfast one day and lunch the next..they were very quick with the food. I’ll definitely visit other locations, they’re a long my travel route between Pa and Florida. DT available at this location.

The Johnson City location is clean and the service was very good. My only complaint would be the lack of paper towels in the men’s bathroom but I alerted them to it and they replaced them right away. I had the Island Punch Smoothie and it was amazing. I dined in and was served at my table (didn’t expect that so that was a very nice touch by my server Karina) within three minutes.
After a bad experience at another location, I was weary of the franchise as a whole BUT after my review of the previous location, the company sent me a letter of apology and a gift card so I am very happy with the company and the Johnson City location. I can’t wait to come back and try their food options for the first time. Everything looks and smells delicious and on the healthy side.

Got 2 delicious drinks delivering in flavor
Sunrise sunset with substituted pineapple for blueberries and got the mocha madness delivering in mocha and coffee flavor not overly sweet and it tasted healthy honestly. Great service from our cashier and drink maker
UPDATE we have tried a few food items like the Chipotle chicken flatbread which has great sauce and cubed chicken sometimes they drown it in way too much sauce and needs more chicken. The Thai chicken wrap is so good but a bit pricey. The sausage cheese dilla is a nice smaller option that comes with a mild spicy salsa.
Overall since we visited more times we noticed they are not always consistent in food and drink and definitely not in service since I left this review a month ago about.
Service is so weak now they don’t greet you in and they don’t greet you out and i dine in so i get to see how they treat guests that order in and those who pick up online orders its not welcoming. I’m definitely coming back for the drink and quick bite not for the service. Only had that 1 great male worker who welcomed us so great with his service we gave him a tip for my first part of review which was a 5 star. You would hope out of the many workers who aren’t doing something one would greet you in or out.

Very sneaky when it comes to the fan fest “free smoothie” deal. Youre supposed to order a food or bowl in order to get the free smoothie. But instead of getting the full cost of the smoothie free for me it was $6.99 Bahama mama, they only take off $4.99 . Apparently bcuz the cost of the smoothie is lower when you order food. But I didnt even want food, I only got food to get a free smoothie. So basically the smoothie still costed me $2. Sneaky, sneaky.

A fantastic place for a smoothie and a great, clean environment. The smoothies are fantastic and very flavorful, especially when made by a particular gentleman who told me his name was “Chubbs”. He really made our visit memorable and his customer service skills are impeccable. I predict that this young man will go far in life and is a true gentleman and a scholar.
