I placed an online order, when I arrived there were a couple of customers in the restaurant and only one employee. Her name is Emily. Emily worked very fast and everything was amazing, and she did it all with a smile on her face and an outstanding attitude. While I ate, people kept coming in and out consistently and she treated everyone with grace and respect despite there being soo many orders. She is definitely the best part of this experience.

Smoothie & Food were great! Everything I’d expect from a Tropical Smoothie Cafe . All American Breakfast wrap with sausage hit the spot. Wraps are on the smaller side but are pretty tasty and not too greasy. Food was cooked well. Crispy on outside and hot and good texture on inside considering i think the wraps are pre-prepared and reheated like they do at starbucks and other coffee shops. Smoothies are perfect consistency. Not too watery, not too thick. Very refreshing too, not overly sugary. I got the Sunrise Sunset and it was great but will probably pick something more tart next time because I prefer bolder flavors. Outdoor seating is really nice on sunny days and well shaded with the help of the overhang from the building. This place is right next to the UPS Store so bring your Amazon returns while you’re at it. Breakfast items served all day which i LOVE.

I used to go to smoothie king, until I found Tropical smoothie. I come here 2-4 times a week. Smoothies are wonderful, food is very tasty and the service is excellent.
I do have to mention AMBER, she works the early shift and is wonderful. She always smiles and is wonderful to interact with.

My first time here and I probably won’t be back. I ordered on the app, 15mins later I’m in the store waiting on my smoothie to be made behind the walk-ins. Weird. I could see there was only one worker and I feel for her, but the manager should have filled in to help, why allow her to struggle and possibly lose customers?

I’ve had food delivered from here, so today I thought I would pick my order up. I understand being short staffed, however walking out with a to go order that was supposed to be ready at 12:51 PM, and not walking out until 1:15 PM is not okay. I watched as two other customers placed their order after already waiting for my to go order, and they receive their placed order, and still had to wait almost another 10 minutes for my smoothie. The food item that was included in my to go order had been made prior to my arrival and had been sitting there the entire time. When I asked for a refund on the item because it had been sitting there, the young lady with frustration stated she would remake it. Again I understand being short staffed, but the service provided today wasn’t good.

I came to the grand opening today! I was greeted upon entering and when I was leaving. The owner is very sweet and professional hopefully next time I get her name! I got my free smoothies for a year being one of the 50 customers that came for the opening. I ordered the Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap and it was good with great spice, and I had the Sunset smoothie. The smoothie wasn’t as sweet as I would prefer but still good. The employees were nice that interacted with my order. It was clean and definitely will come back.
