The workers seemed to have invited their friends which is fine. However, from my and my friend’s perspective, it seemed they gave their friend a free drink before servicing to customers who have already paid and are waiting. When someone pointed out that one of the worker’s placed something in the wrong place, they replied, “I just work here. ♀️” That was… not reassuring of anything. I understand that it’s mainly teenagers employed here, but seriously?

I probably visit here at least once/wk and more when they have specials and discounts – my go tos are the Health Nut, Avocolada, and Mango Monsoon! Their smoothie bowls are good too, when I am in the mood. I tend to get the combo when I go – a food item and a smoothie!

The staff here are awesome, kind, friendly, always on point, and the manager is the sweetest lady ever. The food is so good, and the smoothies are the best I’ve ever had, definitely recommend this Tropical Smoothie location!

I come here alot. This time I only had cash..my phone was in car when I normally use tap to pay…only for them to say “we don’t accept $50’s(order was $30)…ok no problem..but you can put a sign up at entrance noting this for customers.

I’m writing this review mainly to talk a bit about my experience here. I decided to stop in fairly early in the morning to grab something quick before work. I was greeted with an “Aloha” from the worker at the restaurant and immediately noticed that there was bit of a line ahead of me. I didn’t think much of it until I noticed that there was only one person running everything…taking order, preparing food etc. Well I would like to say that everything was speedy, but I understand that wasn’t going to happen. What I do want to say is how attentive the worker was. Even though she was putting in orders, making food, and handing food to the other customers, she still would acknowledge that I was waiting in line. I believe her name was Dee and I made sure I gave her a tip for her hard and attentive work. Thank you Dee!

Terrible customer service. They were rude as soon as I walked in the door and have been on multiple occasions. I ordered 4 smoothies and a flatbread and chips and they tossed my receipt. They brought out 3 smoothies, then my flatbread, and all walked away. I stood and waited for someone to come back and finally had to catch someone’s attention to get the 4th smoothie I ordered. They told me to check my receipt. I pointed out they threw it away without asking if I wanted it. They then told me I only ordered 3, I told them I ordered 4 and even the stickers said I ordered 4. I paid for another one just to get back to work. Definitely put a bad taste in my mouth.

We are not locals, yet like to eat at the location (off Cobb Ford Rd/across from Target in Prattville, Alabama) a few times a month. My family love the smoothies, wraps and Flatbread. We also love this location is the closest distance to where I live. With this order, we ordered 2 cookies, a quesadilla, and chicken pesto. My chicken pesto wrap was beyond torched/burnt. I took what was salvagable to place on a tortilla at home. The cookies that came with the order were not received. This is not the first time something happened to my order. I had hoped this visit would not have been the same. Sadly, this is the finally time of attempting to eat at this location. I will drive have to drive to the Birmingham market with hopes of having a better experience and better prepared food.
Edit: I did not notice that I accidently left a Google review for the wrong Prattville location on the original date of purchase. I deleted it today as it is not fair to have this review count against that particular establishment.

I arrived at this location around 7 PM. The chairs were already stacked, and the floors had been mopped, which gave the impression that the store was closed—even though Google indicates they’re open until 9 PM. After placing my smoothie order, I went to the restroom to wash my hands but found there was no soap in the men’s bathroom. I checked the ladies’ bathroom as well, and it also had no soap. This raises concerns about hygiene, especially considering that employees are handling food. It’s hard to believe proper sanitary practices are being followed without basic essentials like soap in the restrooms.
