I ordered through the TS app and ordered NO Buffalo sauce for my wrap with the REGULAR baked lays chips! Clearly states it on the receipt that’s taped on the wrap. Right after Door Dash delivered my food (wrap, chips and smoothie), I opened the bag to see jalapeño chips. Uhem, if I ordered no Buffalo sauce, why would I like spicy chips? I called the store and talked to George at the Palm City location. He told me that they did not have any other kinds of chips but the jalapeño ones so they just threw it in the bag. I asked why no one had called me to ask about my substitute. He said he didn’t have my number..but funny thing is that my phone number was on the receipt that’s taped to the bag..lol anyways, he told me I’d have to take my complaints through door dash since they delivered my food.. but when I told him his staff made the food, not door dash, he said that’s all he knew.. TS could not give me a refund nor make me a new order, and I’d have to take it up with door dash..ugh..
I opened my wrap to Buffalo sauce on the wrap where they cut the wrap into two. I called back and spoke to Heidi. I requested the Corporate office number at which time she said I would have to look it up since she didn’t know it. I informed her that I’ve ordered TS through the app about 5x and each time there is something wrong. Items missing and Buffalo sauce all over my wrap. She just apologized and told me to take it up through Door Dash. Door dash just delivered my food, not prepared it. WTH!

Pretty sure middle schoolers run this place. Walked in and 4 employees in the back don’t even turn around to say hello. I have given this location many opportunities and it’s the same everytime.

I’ve given this place a couple of opportunities before reaching the following conclusion, but this is clearly the worst TS on the planet. Orders are typically wrong. In fact, my last hummus veggie wrap had no hummus. Seriously? The staff is indifferent at best. More often the word rude is probably the best adjective. It’s literally minutes away, but it’s definitely worth the extra drive to go to the one in Stuart. It is obvious owned by someone else. Somebody who cares…

In general I love Tropical Smoothie, but this one is not run well. The employees are not friendly, barely smile, and act like it’s a bother to take your order. The food is wrong more than right. The owner needs to up their game badly

Don’t waste your time coming into the spot.
I ordered a bottle of water and a smoothie. It took them 15 minutes to figure out they didn’t have any bottles of water.
I ended up just canceling my order and leaving.
There is one person at the front counter, initially who completely seemed lost. Eventually, he went to the back to look for a bottle of water and two other employees appeared who also seemed just as Lost.
I took a chance coming here against my better judgment and wasn’t disappointed. I can’t tell you what the foods like is terrible. I can only imagine everything else would reflect that.

Absolutely filthy! The wall behind the counter is rotting. The tables hadn’t been wiped in days. The smoothies just tasted like ice and cheap juice. Mango magic had zero yogurt in it. Peanut butter cup tasted like ice and powdered chocolate, no banana or peanut butter in it. I’ve had the same drinks at lots of other locations and they were completely delicious. This location was disgusting and a few months ago it seemed to be brought back to normal. Now it’s fallen back into a dump. Do not go to this location. Water and ice in drinks tastes foul and they are clearly not putting all the ingredients into the drinks to make more $. The franchise should get involved.

I went here and got a buffalo wrap and they drowned the buffalo wrap with buffalo sauce. The girl out front acted like she didn’t wanna take my order and acted like I was a bother if I were you, I would go to any other tropical smoother because it’s obvious that they don’t care about their customers And they don’t do nothing to make it right either so just stay away

So many times, my order has been messed up. Three times my smoothie was nasty. Two of those times, there was blended up date pits in it and I almost broke a tooth. When I called to find out what it was, the girl tried to tell me it was the protein powder I chose! This time my smoothie was barely blended. It had huge chunks and a whole date that wasn’t blended in at all. I have been there several occasions when they don’t even acknowledge you are waiting. I get you’re busy, but don’t just ignore people. “I’ll be with you shortly” would be nice! The area where you pick up to go orders is dirty and they are always out of napkins. I kept going back giving chances but now I am done. There seems to be only 1 person that is capable of doing it correctly and she only works week day mornings so I suggest you only go then. I won’t go back. I’ve spent $$$ and only happy with my order a few times.
