Wish I would have gotten name of the gentleman who took my order because he had excellent customer service. Very polite and friendly. He helped me Boys coupons and was patient while trying to get the payment to go through electronically using an app. The pizza was awesome as well.

Ordered pizza and wings. Quality was horrible, pizza doughy, toppings not cut right, ordered wings well done they were not done, chewy and slimy. Haven’t ordered in a long time and thought we would give them another try and needless to say very disappointed in quality of food. Papa John’s is definitely NOT what it used to be. Do better by your customers give them fresh pizza that is cooked all the way. We will never order from this establishment again.

This Papa John’s is awful. If you want Papa John’s in Kokomo go to the S Reed location instead.
Multiple times at this location I’ve had pizza/cheese sticks either over/under-cooked with HUGE bubbles in the dough, and barely any cheese. Either the people making it are actively screwing stuff up, or they have a messed up oven or something. It’s hard to tell from the photo just how messed up these cheese sticks were, but you can still see how the dough was all puffy and weird, the right 4 sticks had no cheese, and the huge weird bubble has no cheese and had a disgusting texture. The pizza was similar, with 2 massive gross dough bubbles.

I order half chicken half beef green peppers and onion at 8:53 pm it was estimated at 31 min arrival time. Not only did the pizza come 1 hour later but it definitely was cold not fresh and im not to sure it was chicken on the pizza. Tried to call but of course got no answer. U can look at the pizza and tell its not hot. I’ve never seen chicken look like this from there

Amazing delivery got 14$ for breadsticks and small pizza. Though I had a recommendation for Papa Johns for their delivery drives. Understand this is an outline and would need to be scaled due to operational profit. Though let’s say a driver normally would make 17-18$ on a medium hourly rate due to tips. Instead you could pay them 14-15$ hourly. Then take 16-17$ in tips. Giving you the money you’re paying back and an extra 2$ every hour. Then whatever afterwords the driver would make. So let’s say they made 22$ per hour generally due to high volume and loved by the community. You’d still get the 2$ bonus after the return but they’d make 5-6$ extra on top a steady rate. This prioritizes stability and reliability in compensation and would make you a place better than any others.

Ok I have order and spent good money at this place over the last couple months. They have recently stopped caring about what their customers want and make what they want. I ordered the works with flavored crust. Minus sausage add bacon , minus olives add banana peppers. This is what I got… Sausage and banana peppers wth… Smh. Manager Noah apparently can’t read or hires ppl that can’t read an order or maybe it was the app.
Either way they just made me hangry. I was stuck with a $20 pizza that we won’t eat. The order before I ordered a papadia’s bacon chicken bbq but had no sauce on it and came with a cup of BBQ sauce smh

The young lady taking my order was more interested in what everyone else was doing instead of paying attention to my order. I ordered a large 5 topping thin crust and 6 piece buffalo chicken wings with 2 blue Cheese sauces. When I got home (in Russiaville 6 miles away) I sit down to eat and I have plain wings with one blue Cheese. I couldn’t get the app to work to place my order so had to go in and order. Felt as if I was an inconvenience. This is the second time I have ordered from this Papa John’s and my orders were messed up. It is very frustrating when you only get to treat yourself a time or two a month and spend almost $30.00 for a pizza and wings and don’t get what you ordered. Doubt I will be ordering Papa John’s again.
