As a former employer, It’s been a while since I’ve been to a decent tropical smoothie. I was ecstatic when I found a couple employees a couple weeks ago at the Okeechobee rd location. Started making it a weekly event on Wednesdays after my son’s karate. On the other hand, I just walked out tonight without even ordering. Walked in to one girl sitting at the register on her phone. She looks at me, gets up and moves to the smoothie station. No hello. No one moment. No help. Nothing. I gave it more than enough time. I teach my kids that if they see people working hard, they have no right to complain if it’s taking a while. That was absolutely not the case here. Absolutely no sense of customer service.

I go there frequently. Will not be returning after today. The most recent staff are rude and the restaurant (by WalMart in Fort Pierce) smells disgusting. I pick up order today (the last 3 visits), food orders are thrown together messily! Smoothies are GROSS! I asked for extra peanut butter. They put ground peanut butter with chunks in it, and you have to chew the peanuts. Pieces of chocolate gets stuck in my teeth, absolutely grotesque! All 3 SMOOTHIES were made the same, when that wasn’t ordered. Staff don’t pay attention to your specific ad on order requests (but Tropical Smoothie does charge for these add ons) that staff overlook due to laziness!! I order 2-3 sandwiches, they just duplicate the first order each and every visit. Who cares about attention to detail?? Not this Tropical Smoothie! I was supposed to get sweet potato bites. I got potato chips this time and last visit. If you’re gonna be lazy at your job, at least pretend to like it or find a job that’s worth smiling for. WASTE OF MONEY.

I ordered via the app 10 minutes before 8p. Arrived about 5 minutes after 8p and they were closing down. Apparently they close at 8p, but the TS app, Google, online search, etc. indicates that they close at 9p. That’s not the issue, though; close whenever you want. My issue is this lady told me to come back tomorrow. Just kept my money, didn’t try to do anything to remedy the situation. Def not ok! Then, there’s no customer service number to call. The heck yall got gon on?! I’d like a refund and def won’t be coming back.

This is yet by far my worst experience as I bit into my sandwich It tasted good, but once I started chewing, I had to pull a long piece of paper out of my throat. I almost choked. Somehow, there was paper wrap in the chicken chipotle wrap that I had. I will be reaching out to management in regards to this, as I could have choked on this sandwich. I still can’t wrap my head around how this could have happened.
I did not return to the store because I had an appointment to get to, but I did call the store back and was told that I can bring the sandwich back to be remade. I did not want my sandwich remain. I just asked for a refund, but was told that I would have to come in on a different day because there was no store manager.

I was outside at 7 when the store is to open and it was not opened until 7:10. No biggie except I am on my way to work. The two employees working did not even enter the store until after 7. Smoothie was decent but definitely not as good as the one on us 1 (and I get the same smoothie almost always). Ordered 2 breakfast wraps as well. American wrap was not the best. I’d give them another chance despite my first experience there being worse. I agree with other posts about being run by young kids.

My wrap was made with wrong ingredients and did not taste good at all. I often get the kale apple slaw at the other tropical smoothie and love it. Not the case here, it was awful. Not happy with today’s experience or service.

The guys were great but the smoothies completely tasted like old refrigerator. Went to another location on the way and they said they couldn’t help me. Had to throw them away. $18 bucks down the drain and we’ve been wanting smoothies for a week now 🙁

Jasmine was very sweet and eager to help! I’ve never received such good service! I felt bad for her though, as she took orders and made food while someone sat in the back texting on her phone.
Edit: it’s a year later and I came again! I can’t remember the names of the people who were working this morning (11/16) but they were so kind, and even wrote nice notes on our cups (I added a picture!). This is the nicest tropical smoothie ever. Everything was made with love

My last two online orders the store didn’t have the ingredients I ordered and I couldn’t get a refund or cancel the order in the app. On the phone the employee who called me about not having the ingredients didn’t care and said the order was through the app so it had to be canceled there.
In the end I got the bowl without the additions I paid for and the manager told me to ask for her next time to get a free bowl which made the difference.
Overtime I’ve just seen 4/10 on consistency and accuracy in orders so I’m not coming here anymore.
