I usually place my order online and go through drive thru so this is not referring to the atmosphere. I eat the Pnut paradise daily from all different locations. The young lady who opens the store at this location is always so friendly and makes the best Peanut Paradise shakes across the board!! She deserves recognition!!

If I could give this tropical smoothie location a zero I would. Waited in the drive-thru line for over 20 minutes With just two cars ahead of me. I walked inside to see if I could get my order quicker, but was met with zero customer service, rude attitude and no manager on site will never come back here and I do not recommend.

This Tropical Smoothie Cafe has turned around completely for the better! It’s so clean and nice. We have a place in Lely and come here all the time. The new owners are great too. They open early and are striving to serve the area as best as they can.

Employee was amazing, I typically go to a different location, however lately ive had to go to this location. After only coming in a couple times the nice girl in the front Luisa remembered me and my order, and was overall very nice and friendly. This and the following interaction the day after are making me change this location to my new regular location.

This Tropical Smoothie Café is my go-to spot. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with friendly smiles and quick service, which makes the experience even better. Their smoothies are always blended perfectly and never watery, and a healthy alternative to fast food. Tropical Smoothie never disappoints. Highly recommend!

I usually love Tropical Smoothie and get the chia pudding bowl all the time, but this visit was really disappointing. I went to a different location than usual, and the pudding was watery and looked like it was separating. Because of that, the granola on top turned soggy, which made the whole thing kind of gross. On top of that, it was $2 more than what I normally pay at my usual location. Definitely not the quality I’ve come to expect. If i didnt wait till i got home to open it i would’ve gone back and asked for a refund.

Never in my life! We waited in line of about 4 people for 50 minutes for a smoothie. I have never seen a drive thru move so slowly in my life! Meanwhile, people who went in the store well after we placed our order were walking out with smoothies in hand. We were picking up a smoothie for a sick friend, and I believe I could have gone to Publix and bought the supplies, made the smoothie, and driven it to my friend faster. I was honked at and harassed because they couldn’t get their service together when they asked me to pull forward. TERRIBLE! Then brought out a smoothie with stuff spilling out and no napkins. TERRIBLE!
