Ordered 2 subs and the toppings were all mixed up… paid for extra bacon and not only was the bacon on the wrong sub it was not even extra nor regular.. the guy with pink hair who made the subs apologized and was in the process of remaking the sub but the woman working with him didn’t allow him to remake the subs because she wanted to go home. He fixed what I could see by picking pickles out of the wrong sub etc. but after I got home I realized both sandwiches were missing extra onions my #2 was missing extra lettuce and the turkey sub had almost no turkey and ended up having a ridiculous amount of peppers almost joke like hidden in one side of the sub! Then found even more on the other half lol def the worst jimmy johns experience I’ve ever had. Never had issues whatsoever with any other jimmy John’s before so this was extremely unexpected and unfortunate. My partner was very disappointed with her sub

This was my first time at this Jimmy John’s location. As a customer for years, this is probably the worst location I’ve been to. I ordered an ultimate porker and chicken bacon ranch through the app about 10 minutes before I arrived. The order was not ready when I got there, but because there was only one person on staff! The staff was super friendly and indeed did everything she could. As she handed me my sandwiches, she let me know the person before her did not prep any lettuce so unfortunately our sandwiches would not have any. I was okay with this, as she offered a free bag of chips in its place. Now that I am home, looking at my sandwiches, they are missing practically everything! We only have meat and bread. I have had to add things from my refrigerator. On one hand, I understand because the poor girl was all alone and probably overwhelmed! On the other hand, I am also very frustrated that I paid over $20 for sandwiches missing tomatoes, mayo, lettuce etc. Overall, this location does not seem to care about the employees and seems very unorganized. I likely will never return. The staff working today definitely deserves a bonus of some sort, definitely a lot for one person.

I hope the Jimmy Johns on Chamblee Dunwoody is happy. The Jimmy Johns brand just lost a customer for good. This sandwich is supposed to be a Beach Club. It has no meat and no avocado spread. Sooooo, I’m eating a cheese sandwich for lunch today!! This location is owned by the same owner as the one on Roswell Road, Sandy Springs that I reviewed a few months ago. Sad both locations suck so badly with their corporate office within a stones throw. Won’t be spending money with this organization again. My order is the same every time I go to Jimmy Johns (I liked the sandwich that much) but these locations can’t seem to do right. I’ll bring my own Beach Club from home moving forward. Too expensive to not get what I asked for!

Not freaky fast or regular fast. Just slow. Took 15 min when I was the only customer and ordered two sandwiches for take out at 2pm on a weekday (off peak hours). They often forget the sides if ordered. Everyone who has ever taken my order has to ask someone else how to do something, which is appreciated for accuracy but training should be improved. There’s also ALWAYS the same car parked out front blocking the curb. Overall, don’t recommend.

Ordered pick-up for sandwiches. In the order, asked for names on the sandwiches and for them to be cut in place. Neither of those requests were honored. Overall, sandwiches were okay but an astronomical amount of lettuce on each sandwich, which really took away from the experience.

Placed an online order at 12:50. Didn’t get my sandwiches until 1:30 none of the sandwiches were made correctly. There was no ice in the drink machine. They gave me extra sandwiches which he then had to reopen each to figure out what was what since they weren’t numbered. They were turning people away at the door because they were going to be an hour for bread.

Highly unprofessional management staff. Store 150 in Dunwoody off of Chamblee Dunwwody Rd. Some coupons were given out at my job for free sandwiches(check pictures below). The coupon specifies that it is valid at ANY Metro Atlanta location. The manager refused to honor said coupon saying it is only valid at the store I got the coupon from. The coupon was brought to my job and handed out by Jimmy John’s employees. I will not be returning to this store and will advise my coworkers to not go there as well. The time is 3pm EST. And today’s date is 12/22/2020. Just in case you need to know who was working that. Time. Manager had a nasty and very dismissive attitude. Wish I could give less than 1 star.

Technically open at 11:00, because the front door is unlocked. But not really open for business. Ice machine has no ice, panini press isn’t warmed up, so no toasted sandwich. Just not ready for customers at 11:00. Come later if at all.

Not sure what the negative reviews are about. This place is well run. Nice owner and quick service. I think people shouldn’t punish local owners with issues they have with the Corp website or online ordering process. The local owner almost always has little to no input on these items and they are just trying to make a living. Chill out people and spread a bit of positivity!
