I was absolutely appalled when I opened my wrap and found this inside. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable. It’s beyond disappointing that any establishment would allow food in this condition to be served to a customer. There is simply no excuse for this kind of disregard for basic food quality and hygiene.

I went in to order a smoothie and the girl didn’t greet me at all until I said excuse me she then came over rolled her eyes and I said “I was just wanting to get the island green smoothie “ she rolled her eyes again typed it in and said anything else while she sighed I told her no that’s it thank you. I didn’t leave a tip because she didn’t greet me but then she didn’t make my smoothie take note that there was no line she after taking my order went to the bank to chit chat with the other girls while this guy was doing all the work… this entitled attitude she had wasn’t it and I won’t be back to this location.

Terrible experience and miscommunication I’m always clear with my order and I asked for extra Nutella that I can and am willing to pay for it I barely got any and the person on shift wanted to have an attitude all because I wanted to have my order corrected . Never going back

Very disappointed in this location. Waited FOREVER in line. They screwed up my smoothie, so they had to remake it. Made me pull out of the drive thru to wait on the Cuban sandwich I order….really…almost $8 for this? I wouldn’t feed this to a dog. SO GROSS! Had to throw the whole thing away.

Earlier today I stopped by and I ordered the Cranberry Truffle smoothie (first time trying it) and not only was it made fast, but it was blended perfectly—smooth, flavorful, and exactly what I needed. The gorgeous girl named Kimberly A made it and handed me it, she was so nice and heartwarming I will definitely stop by again!

Regular customer at Tropical Smoothie and this experience was quite something else. Attitude at the drive thru window because the employee was having a bad day. Gets even better! Called to speak to manager about it and was told, “Is that it? Have a great day” and hung up! It’s pretty simple, if you don’t like what you do, find another profession to do that you will enjoy. Being polite goes a long way! Cheers!
