My husband and I are appalled at the quality of everything with Olive Garden. We’ve been going to this same location for years and it’s been pleasant until today. We went for Valentine’s Day and it all started when they didn’t text us to let us know our seat was ready. It went downhill from there. We were given utensils that looked like they had never seen a dishwasher before. I showed the utensils to a server and he handed others wrapped in the black cloth. I unwrapped them from the cloth and as the others they were filthy. Olive Garden is supposed to be a well known restaurant yet they want to give customers disgustingly filthy utensils. I showed the man the second set of filthy utensils that people are expected to put in their mouths. He apologized and finally we were given clean utensils. Our food finally came and the bread sticks were dry as if they had been sitting on the counter overnight. My husbands angel hair pasta with creamy mushroom was so dry he couldn’t even choke down but a few bites. I had become very frustrated and wanted to speak with the manager about how repulsive this entire situation was, but my husband knows I would struggle keeping my cool so he told me not to say anything so I don’t lose my cool and end up going to jail. We of course didn’t finish our meal and decided to leave. We were paying with cash so the table machine blinked for atleast 10 minutes letting servers know we needed attention. I eventually got up and interrupted servers conversation and laughing together while ignoring customers. I told them we needed assistance at our table. My husband has a much cooler head than myself and he explained everything to the server and also that we will not be leaving a tip due to our entire experience.
I believe the very least they could have done would’ve been to comp our meal, but of course not a chance. Evidently they are content with a filthy restaurant and disgustingly dry food. As I said we’ve been going there for years and now I don’t see us going back again. We will definitely be letting everyone know of this experience.

We had a great experience here. At first after we had sat down, 30 minutes went by and no waitress even came to take our drink order. Finally we waved down another waitress whose name is Yanley, and let her know we still needed a waitress. She also did not know where the waitress was that was suppose to be helping us. She without hesitating, took our drink order and food order & took care of us the rest of the dinner even though we weren’t even her table & she was very busy with her own tables. She went above & beyond and was simply amazing!! She was the epitome of amazing customer service!!! Highly recommend her to be your waitress!!

The service is amazing Chelsea and Erik made us feel like we were eating at a really nice italian restaurant. Food was really good. Planning to eat at Olive Garden more often. We had a big birthday party and everything was extremely smooth. Considering how much people were in our party and how many teenagers there were there. GM, please give Chelsea and Erik a huge raise and promotion!

Olive Garden is my favorite casual dining restaurant but last night was a standout visit! The food was hot, served promptly and delicious, as is usually the case. However, what made this visit over the top was our server. We went to the West Valley Utah location around 5pm. Our server was Austin A. He was friendly, professional and helpful. Everything was brought out with great timing and Austin kept checking back the perfect amount of times. He was amazing! If Olive Garden has some sort of employee recognition, please consider honoring Austin A.

We made reservations so we were seated quickly. It started off good, but not sure if our server was new or having a rough day. He took long to arrive with our drinks to start off. Then when our salad and breadsticks arrived, the girl who helped us said she’d be back with refills but we never saw her again. We asked another employee for our drinks again, and he brought them to us immediately. When we asked for refills again, it was a floor supervisor or something who came and helped us. So far we had to ask 4 different people for drinks. Food was good, breadsticks were delicious like always though. When it was time to go, our original server offered to box our food. He was done with one plate, then he got distracted with something going on at a bigger table, left and never came back. Didn’t excuse himself or ask us to wait a few mins for him, he just walked off and left the food on the plate and an empty box on his tray. We ended up taking care of it ourselves. When paying, we were offered a bag, and as my boyfriend went to put the food inside the bag, the guy helping us moved it, so the box fell, popped open, and my boyfriend’s white shoes were stained with marinara sauce. They offered a replacement but it would take bout 10 mins. We were over it and just wanted to go so we declined. This was hands down the worse experience we’ve had at any Olive Garden.

This restaurant was loud and our table was cramped for the five of us. When we finished the salads our plates were staked at the end of our table for the entire meal. This made the cramped table feel even smaller. We had to ask for things such as more water and such. Overall a good experience but it could have been better.
