I would post a picture of my smoothie or food I received, but when I walked in a half an hour before closing and asked if they would mind making a smoothie, they turned around and pretended like I didn’t exist. Stood there for a minute or two while one of the workers looked at me and stared at me and wouldn’t answer me. So I turned around and left because with that sort of energy it wouldn’t have been a good $10 smoothie. Do better and clean the place it smells like mold

They package the delivery wrong. Email says to call the store with issues. Store says to call the driver or to come get it yourself. Why did I tip and pay delivery if I now have to go get to myself with no refund on delivery. Reported to the website. They have chosen not to respond to me hence the 1 star review. Do not use there ordering service or online orders they dont check the contents before placing in the pick-up window.

This is truly my favorite place to get a açaí bowl but unfortunately they are very rude in here and I do NOT recommend ordering from them yesterday we paid 100$ for a order of smoothies and lunch and they showed up with 0 smoothies! So today we ordered smoothies because we didn’t get any yesterday and we were wanting one So they show up today with my smoothie and it’s of course the wrong flavor! At this point when you order from them you get what you get it’s unbelievable certainly not what you paid for..!

If I could rate lower I would I just went in to get a simple smoothie and the two lady’s where so unbelievably rude the one that took my order walked away as I was paying and then come back five minutes later telling me it didn’t go through but I got charged for it. Absolutely ridiculous I got charged 15$ for a smoothie and sadly that price isn’t the only crime cause i never got my smoothie. I have never been so poorly treated when I tried to explain it to the lady she talked to me like I was a little child telling me “baby you don’t know” when I showed her my bank saying I had already gotten charged! This location needs to be shut down if that’s the kind of employees they are hiring! Absolutely ridiculous! I will be reaching out to corporate.

This was unfortunately the worst experience at Tropical Smoothie I’ve ever had. I feel bad for the 2 male workers because I guess they must have been overwhelmed with online orders or something but that was no excuse to make the horrible smoothies I waited over an hour for. We get them every week so I know what they are supposed to taste like and they literally had no flavor like they just watered them down with ice and water. Waited an hour for smoothies my family literally couldn’t even drink. Big waste of $70.
The picture is showing the color of what should have been a strawberry banana smoothie and is usually pink but this was a pale yellow with zero flavor.

My smoothie tasted more like ice than a kiwi quencher with added blueberries, but thankful my mother was happy with hers.
