I go to Tropical Smoothie café sometimes. I quite like their smoothies and açaí bowls. I went to this location to get smoothies for myself and my family in January of 2026. I took a little while and had a particular order, and Kazzyia was so great! She took my order and was very helpful and patient. I would absolutely come again and would recommend this location to my loved ones!

Place completely empty in sitting there waiting for the rest of my pick up order and the girl at the register was giggling and typing on her phone I asked is the rest of my order ready she looks behind her at a bag on the table and says oh yes her it is. Reply if I did t say anything I’d say there for a hour while she texted her friends. Glad your employees are having a great time not working ‍♂️

Five stars all the way for the Tropical Smoothie Café in Wellington! The place is always spotless, and the atmosphere is bright and welcoming. The staff is incredibly friendly, fast, and attentive. Every time I visit, I’m impressed by how quickly they prepare orders without sacrificing quality. The wait time is always short, and they truly go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of—from custom requests to making sure you’re not left waiting too long. It’s clear they care about their customers. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick, refreshing, and satisfying stop!

Extremely slow service. Tickets don’t seem to be made in order. Placed an online order and waited over 30 minute for a smoothie to complete the order while walk ins are leaving with their orders before mine

Honestly switched over from Jamba Juice to here. It’s our new spot! What made a huge difference is customer service, it’s that simple to make people want to come back. Plus she nailed my wrap!!! My smoothie was on point and they made sure to take my mango allergy serious with the use of a fresh new blender so I didn’t have cross contamination. Truly loved the people here and the food. I highly recommend this location especially!!!! Thanks!

I’m giving it a 1 star because I’m at least eating it. We ordered a chicken quesadilla with pretty much no chicken in it. It’s pretty much just flower tortilla and cheese. These green detox drinks don’t taste like anything but water and spinach. Super disappointing and I wouldn’t even recommend this to someone I don’t like!

Went in this evening for two acai bowls. When I arrived, three team members were all making orders. No one acknowledged me for a while (no hello, no we’ll be with you in a bit, etc ). When I was finally helped, she wasn’t rude but didn’t really say much. The wait for the food was fairly short. However, when I got home both bowls were missing either the peanut butter or the nutella. The team member who made my order (not who took it) was on the phone the whole time I was there and must’ve been distracted. With all the businesses in the area that make acai bowls, I’ll most likely go elsewhere for a better experience.

I don’t think that people care about the atmosphere of this store because you have the young lady wearing tight shorts way above her thighs and a man with hair sticking on his head maybe he need a hair net too or something, I don’t know if you have a manager to oversee the store.

Been running restaurants for 18 years, its a staple of any business to not only fix a mistake, but to apologize and even try to go above a simple fix to protect the brand, the sales, the return costumers. My wife ordered a hummus wrap (shes a huge fan of this), and vegetarian. She ordered shortly before closing, took her order and got home, only to find it was some other kind of chicken wrap, not even close to the correct order. Hey, mistakes happen, this was disappointing, but we made some other food and moved on, you were already closed. After several attempts to call the location the next day with no one answering, we tried to call again today. When my wife described the issue, to a female working around 5pm, the only response she received was “okay?”. My wife asked if there was anything we can do since we drove there, paid for food and got home only to not have dinner. The employee stated she would ask the manager, the managers response was “That was two days ago, nothing we can do.” First, no one even bothered to apologized and the employee was just completely disgruntled at any concept of someone having a complaint. Second, your telling me this company had NO ability, in any form, to reconcile this mistake? Simply shoo the customer away? Im confident Tropical Smoothie would not accept these circumstances and encourage other locations to do the same, this experience is the result of poor management and unfortunately, the staff has been led to believe this is acceptable, completely making sense why this employee felt perfectly fine with not caring. The standards this company hopes for, are being crushed by this location and needs a watchful eye put over it from the regional manager. Companys do not bode well when they shut down service, especially when it results in losing a regular customer, in every way, speaking from experience to the public, do not gamble your money here. There is nothing wrong with a mistake, it happens, but you will not receive service here. You’ve lost us forever
