do not risk losing your money here. They served me a bitter, watery, not even mixed properly chia banana boost and then said they arent allowed to do returns anymore and offered me a voucher. Cashier was nice but you cant get a refund? thats insane to me. A different employee remade mine, it was better but its just crazy they dont do returns

I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a tropical smoothie I ordered something and I tried it and it was not good so I politely and nicely asked if I could swap it out and this young girl is probably new or doesn’t know what she’s doing but she refused to get me a refund and refused to swap it out so I tossed out my drink and left. I will never be going back again there service is just embarrassing and awful I really hope someone steps up and knows the rules and how to do there job correctly. I would give the service 0 stars if there was a button for that.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and I got a couple tiny pieces of chicken, NO bacon at all and NO tomatoes. I did order it without the cheese and lettuce. Another lady had already complained about only having ONE piece of chicken in hers before I received my order. The worker argued with the lady because she said she had put more chicken in her meal. I cannot even comprehend how they could mess up this badly. I cannot beleive I payed for something and only got what should have been a quarter of the price; because I got a quarter of the ingredients. I will not be returning to this place ever again! I do not recommend going to this location unless you want your order to be messed up terribly

Don’t order an acai bowl from here. The fruit was absolutely nasty. It’s supposed to be fresh but it’s obviously thawed frozen. The berries looked like crap and I didn’t even want to eat them, which is sad because it’s my favorite part. Totally not worth $15. Very disappointed!!

I have never experienced such bad customer service! The girl at the register was sweet, but today the girl making the smoothies should be ashamed!! I’m deathly allergic to pine-apple and the girl made a slick comment because I told her she had to clean the blender.(isn’t that common sense?!) as I was walking up the same girl was yelling at someone in the back about using her napkins. And this place is hiring?! I’d NEVER want to work with anyone like that.

Thanks for reminding me why people should not tip for counter service prior to receiving the service. Took approximately 7-8 minutes per smoothie with 2 people in front of me and , come to find out, 4 others still waiting at tables. Zero urgency . I’ve had pizza delivered on super bowl Sunday faster.
Edit after “owner” response: you gotta love how they put a link you can’t use. Seems the trickle down poor culture makes sense if this actually the “owner”

I normally go to other tropical smoothie locations, but occasionally I come here. The smoothies are almost always pretty much frozen and so hard to drink with the straw, indicating that they may not be mixed up enough well. I can still tasted the crushed ice as i’m drinking. Employees are friendly though. It’s just the smoothies that I have a problem with

The service was so poor at the location stemmed by the Assistant Manager on duty. AM’s should never past judgement or offer opinion to her staff on any customer under any circumstances. As professional individual I was confronted with negativity and judgment by the AM for no reason. I would suggest diversity and customer service training to this individual if she qualifies to hold a leadership position with this organization. I would ask; where is the corporate leadership when needed? Her action on 7/29/25 @ 4:00 p.m. left me ! I cancelled my usually $12 smoothie…
