I love this place. The other day a new girl made my smoothie wrong. It happens. I told Amber about it today and she gave me a free one. She was so nice and pleasant I wrote this review to thank her. Peanut Paradise is the best.

In the past two weeks, I have purchase food at this location about six times. Each time I was orally greeted by one of any of the staff, including Amber, Tina, Albert, Shanice and Alana. The food is excellent, including items, such as the detox island, green smoothie, the peanut butter smoothie, Super green Caesar wrap, American breakfast, and oatmeal chai bowl. The service is rapid. It is a pleasure every time I go to this location and either drive-through takeout or dine in. I’ve also met the owner and believe he is in large part a reason for the “smooth” operation taking place.

With them being franchised each location makes their own prices. But the one on Beach Boulevard they don’t seem to put as much effort into making their meals or bowls. For instance I got the I believe it was the Bahama Mama bowl or no I can’t remember but when it came half the fruit was frozen literally with ice still on it and it watered down the Whole Bowl so you can taste any of the Nutella flavor and that was disappointing. I know the other Tropical Smoothie does fresh in their smoothies and bowls. So you can taste each bite. ⁵

Inside seating – counter and tables. As well as outside seating in the front and the back of the store. Plenty of parking in front and back and there’s a back entrance also. There a drive thru as well. It has a sign in the window so I’m not sure what it says but check it out if you’re looking for a drive thru.
We have visited several Tropical Smoothies and this one gets a thumbs up.

This place is great. Friendly, helpful staff, and the food was out so fast. I go every morning after the gym this week and the smoothie and food was spot on everytime.

This is the second time I’ve been in the store. I have never had a way to any tropical smoothie more than 30 seconds before somebody addresses me. NOT HERE! You will be standing at the register for five minutes And they’re all walking around talking and nobody will look at you. Nobody will ask you can I help you or please give us a few minutes? You just stand there like a dummy. I finally said hello and asked to see the manager and there is no manager there so all these employees are free To do what they want with no management to guide them.

If you want to enjoy a cool and healthy alternative to to treat your family while beating the summer heat pop into Tropical Smoothie Cafe like I did today. As a tour guide and a foodie on machine that I gobbled up my chicken pesto wrap with such speed that I never got a picture. The staff is amazing this business has heart, made even more wonderful by Amber, I’m unsure of her actual title but she is certainly the hostess with the mostest! She went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing experience. Kudos to her and all of the staff here at the beach.

I just tried to use my BOGO coupon I have for this location. There are no restrictions on this coupon. The assistant manager told me that she would not honor my coupon because it was happy hour and attempted to have me pay $12 (rounded up) instead of the $8 (rounded up) for the two smoothies. She told me I should be happy paying the extra $4 and “it was basically the same thing”. I then asked when the owner would be around to speak to about this and the assistant manager told me I would never talk to anyone with more authority than her. When I told her paying for 1.5 smoothies is not the same as a BOGO she told me to leave and now I would not get any service. This young lady who was the assistant manager was ridiculously unprofessional.
