I usually love going here and I always get the chia pudding bowl. This morning was no different but the bowl I got was disappointing. It wasn’t even half full. Everything was slapped on and there’s no honey. It’s very disappointing.

The service was very bad. No one acknowledged us for 10 mins when we entered the store. We stood at the counter and waiting while orders were being made. I can see only 4 orders on the screen. Two online, 1 To-Go- Order, 1 Drive Thur. Just asked if someone was going to take our order the young blonde girl said yes the. Turned around and walked off and told the guy on the grill to take the order and she finished the order he was working on. Same guy that took our order was the same to make our food. After watching I can see that the dark hair girl was making the smoothies, the blonde girl was taking orders and the black haired guy on the grill. I’m very disappointed in the service today. We come here often a week.

I would think when ordering multiple drinks common sense would tell you to give the driver a carrier when they’re the only occupant in the car. You ask for one and they get pissy. You say thank you and they’re still pissy. Get over yourself little girl.

ATTENTION: Google gives the wrong address. It takes you Panda Express. Type in Five Guys in your GPS. Tropical Smoothie is next to Five Guys and Big Island Tropical Chicken.

Food tasted pretty good. Slow and will not speak up where you can hear/understand what they’re saying. I asked for extra salsa but got less than you should normally get.

Was greeted promptly when we stepped up to the counter and we were the only customers inside. The person taking the order was very soft spoken and when asked didn’t speak any louder from what I could hear. I was barely able to hear them even when leaning in towards them. (The sound from the blenders echoes very badly within the restaurant so it is really hard to hear on both ends.) This meant that our order was wrong, which I could understand somewhat. My salad ended up being a wrap which I can overlook. The other was supposed to be a super green salad that was entirely missing chicken. The only special request made for it was no tomatoes and for the dressing to be on the side, so no clue on how chicken gets missed. Plus, even though I said we were dining in every time they asked which was 3x, our food was still marked and bagged to go. Food was ok, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again. Definitely recommend ordering online instead of in person if you do.

Went there and ordered a salad and other food online. When I went in they informed me that they couldn’t make my order. When I asked for a refund they told me that no one in the building knew how to do that. After I asked them to call there manager to walk them through it, they were extremely disrespectful to my wife and I, then we decided to leave.

The smoothie was hard to drink, mostly ice and tasted quite bland. Had the jerk chicken wrap with… barely any chicken? I had to double check i didnt order off a vegan menu… i noticed maybe 3 pieces of small chicken. Flavor decent. Pathetic for 14 dollars.

Worst service ever. I sat in to order for 20 minutes. Not only were they completely dead, but the staff looked at me like I was stupid for even coming in. I left when another customer walked in and ordered food while I was sitting down waiting for someone to even acknowledge i was in the building and then when the customer ordered, the employee taking the order looks at me and rolls her eyes. So I say do I have to get up and place an order. She looks at me and shakes her head yes then proceeded with the customer who walked in behind me. Very unprofessional very rude. If you guys don’t wanna do your job, please take it out on your managers instead of the customers. That was the first time I ever wanted to try this restaurant but if the company is hiring people like this to work for them, then I don’t want any parts to do with the company and I will not be spending a dime there. On top of all the the store was disgusting and they were cooking and prepping food without gloves. Do better Tropical smoothie
