Visited this location while in town for a soccer tournament (as we’ve done in previous years) Waited 30 minutes behind 2 cars in the drive through. Daughter ordered panini without the chicken, it is normally adjusted with additional tomatoes and cheese; we got a slop of pesto and one tomato. Girls working and their polite demeanor was the only positive even though they were obviously having hard shift with many issues persisting judging by all the food I saw returned in the window. Food was terrible, won’t be back.

Well I use to love coming here, but its getting worst everytime I come. I always get my three cheese quesadilla well done (like crispy). Of course she didnt even enter that in the computer and then when I gave it back to get it cooked right they told me I had to pull around to the front and park. If she would of took the order right in the first place then maybe it would’ve been done right and I wouldn’t of had to run late this morning and on top of everything else they had a hand written sign on the window saying “Card Only” I asked her about it and I said what if I give you the exact change and she said yes. But I think she should add to the sign saying or exact change…….

It was my first time eating at TC and I ordered a recommendation via a co worker. It was missing items off of the flatbread and I was long gone and on my way to work which was 32 mins away so I couldn’t turn around as I’d be late. The smoothie wasn’t tasteful atall. Just wasted.

Pulled into the the drive thru at 745pm. Ordered a smoothie. Got cut off before I could let them know what add ins I wanted. When I tried to order a quesadilla, they started to laugh at me and said we aren’t doing food anymore. I asked if there was a certain they stopped serving food and they just laughed again and said they were cleaning and didn’t want to make food anymore. I drove off. Very rude service.

Pulled up to drive thru On Saturday 11-18-23 at about 12:15pm and was never acknowledged, the 2 cars in front of me also never moved nor were they attended to.
After an insane amount of time, we went inside because the 3 year old really wanted a smoothie. Inside we found quite a few people waiting with 1 young lady making the smoothies and 1 making food and another taking orders. After placing my order we had no choice but to wait and watch, the smoothie station was a mess and the containers weren’t being properly washed. In one instance the young lady making smoothies placed the container in the sink, splashed water on the container and proceeded to grab it out the sink with gunk completely stuck to the sides and used the same container to make another smoothie. When the young lady taking orders went to remove the container to pour the smoothie into a cup she showed the other young lady the gunk and she simply mumbled a response and proceeded to make more smoothies. Every container used had product/residue in it from a previous order after being pulled from the sink where they weren’t being properly washed.
Finally, a manager or shift leader arrived and began clearing orders, giving instructions and cleaning containers. I finally received my order after a record 1 hour wait. Needless to say, this location needs a lot of work. Being short staffed is understandable but never acknowledging customers, not even attempting to clean and not offering an apology or explanation is completely unacceptable.

Today was the grand opening of this location and me and my niece were fortunate enough to be number 1 and 2 in line. All of the staff were extremely friendly including the managers who talked to us and thanked us for coming out as they were working hard to put the finishing touches on this event. Service was fast, my smoothie tasted great and I look forward to returning to this location soon.

We just went to the drive through to order a late dinner at 8:10pm on Saturday. The store hours are until 9pm. When we pulled up we were greeted, my husband asked if we could have a moment to decide on our order. When he ordered a wrap at 8:11 we were then told that the restaurant wasn’t serving food anymore for the day. There was no drive thru line and no customers inside. There were two young ladies inside “working”. You close at 9. Also , maybe use your brain and let people know when they pull up that you’d be happy to serve them however food items are not served past whatever time the little employee decided they aren’t going to be served. I shouldn’t be surprised that forward thinking is uncommon. This is the third tropical smoothie location I’ve had poor service from. Now I’m definitely never going back which is frustrating given that their menu sounds great. Too bad we haven’t had an opportunity to try it at any of the Savannah locations. Thanks for the bad taste.

I recently ordered a delivery order, and I had 5 items. When it got to my house, the driver only gave me one item, which was a smoothie that was made wrong do better.
