Pleasantly surprised at the delicious-ness of the chicken bacon ranch flatbread! Today was my first time trying Tropical Smoothie’s food and it was absolutely delicious! I had originally gone in for the free ‘sunrise sunset smoothie’ but I couldn’t resist noticing some of the other items listed on the menu! The cashier was friendly & knowledgeable, therefore I would highly recommend giving this establishment a visit! You won’t be disappointed! Keep up the great work guys!

1 star because I ordered delivery and somehow the delivery address got changed when transferred to DoorDash. I tried to correct it once they contacted me about it but instead they decided to cancel the delivery. They wouldn’t redeliver and said I could come in and get it (I was working so this wasn’t an option.) So I asked for a refund since I didn’t receive my food and they said they’ll give me a call back and see if they could. I contact customer service and they tried to give me a gift card. It’s not hard to refund the purchase when I never received anything. Literally the worst service I’ve ever dealt with. Still I haven’t received my money back AND I never got my food. So beware when ordering delivery

Absolutely love this place!! I love to enjoy a good smoothie or “healthy choice food on the go” after my workouts and when I’m in-between meals and running, doing a lot. Everyone is always nice & friendly, clean establishment, great food, little to no wait (good fast service)

Absolutely IN LOVE with this establishment!!! The manager Jesse has such a wonderful personality and is so full of joy and very helpful! Greeted with a smile when I walked in, order taken at my leisure and food was absolutely DELICIOUS!! Jesse even helped me when I downloaded their app to receive a free welcome smoothie!! Will most definitely be going back and will most definitely refer to friends!!

Love the food, however the service today 7/21/25 @12:33 pm was trash. I stood at the pickup counter for 5 minutes while all 4 employees looked me in the face and no one greeted me, asked me what I needed, or offered any help. I could see my food behind the counter, I just needed someone to hand it to me. They however quickly assisted two women who walked in after me… Do better.

Went here yesterday, had a pretty horrible experience the cashier was not friendly at all and acted off when we were placing our order, after ordering i went to the restroom and the toilet appeared to not have been cleaned for quite a while judging by the bottom of the toilet, also there was trash everywhere….
After I walked out an employee came up to me with food, and said “T T?” And I said what? He said “order for T T?” I said no that’s not me.
Then he came back over to our table and he said “this isn’t your order for T T?” We looked at the order and determined that the cashier did not get out name so just entered T T, so that was our food.
Also the smoothie that I received had large ice chunks and I could not drink it with the straw provided, but my wife’s smoothie was good.
