Excellent experience at ‘Tropical Smoothie Cafe Bonaire.’ I was promptly greeted upon entry and both my smoothie and wrap were made to perfection! The establishment was quite inviting and I was even offered coupons before leaving! I highly recommend giving this location a visit! You won’t be disappointed!

The lady at the register was quite rude. I walked up and she glanced at me then continued her conversation with another employee and when they finished then she got to me and mumbled “What do you want.”. In the middle of me placing my order she goes “What?!” and looked at me crazy. So I just stood there ♀️ and repeated myself. Overall just a distasteful experience…this isn’t the first time she has been this way either. It’s every time I go there. The guy making the smoothies was cool though . Unfortunately the smoothie did taste like plastic—which is how they have tasted the last few times I went. It was clean in there though so I guess that’s a plus? This is definitely the worse of the two Tropical Smoothies.

Love everything about this location! The customer service is exceptional! I’m always greeted as soon as I walk in. They are always ready to serve with the best attitude. They are always so patient and nice as I decide what I want. And for some reason the smoothies and food here taste better than other locations. There is one less than 3 minutes from me but because of the exceptional service and better tasting food and smoothies, I drive, and will continue to do so, to this one which is 13 minutes from me. They are the best!!

This was our first time trying Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Got a Strawberry and banana smoothie with a Turkey, bacon ranch sandwich. Mine was very good. Not any low carb options that we could see for my husband. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Tried to order a smoothie at 8:50 really quick before close at 9:00. Plenty of time. Open sign was on, etc. was told that they had already “put up all the utensils”. Just didn’t want to do anything that might make them have to stay 5 extra minutes I guess. Very disappointing bc I sat here and watched them while I went into the sandwich shop and watched her actually put up the fruit and utensils. Really bad service.

The Indian girl taking orders was soooo rude. She rang up our order wrong, charged us for extras we didn’t order, and really showed that she couldn’t care less about customers at this location. Never had a problem with Macon or WR locations.
