The service was phenomenal. I don’t know the young lady name, and this was my first time coming in. They took care of me swiftly and had my food in rushed in 10 minutes which is not normal for a pizza place. But it came out really good and delicious. The only thing I dont like is the prices you pay. For a mini pizza and mini salad I paid over 21 dollars.

Second time here and the pizza is still good. I got the side salad. So many toppings. Pizza was so fresh and great tasting. I love how the sauce isn’t overpowering the flavor of the topping. My son got the bacon chicken ranch pizza. Taste so good. Hubby got a supreme pizza. Let me say, there was no limit to his toppings and the pizza was cooked to perfection. I love the lemonade. So refreshing, Taste homemade. I’m glad they have Togo boxes because we got full and had leftovers.

The staff and management were so rude at this place I could not believe it.
I have been going to Mod for years in Houston I’ve been to this location when it shortly after it opened the staff and management was friendly and very attentive, but I will not be returning after my recent experience.
When I asked for the manager due to my food being burnt I was met with dismissive rudeness not even offered a replacement.
I’m guessing this place has taken some sort of management change since last time I was here because I remember the manager at the time coming to check on every table and ensuring the quality and asking for feedback and suggestions which none were needed. But my suggestion to this location now is find better management and people who care, because this new team doesn’t give a flying rats rump about the quality.

Pizza is good and tastes consistent like other locations. Service is nice but slow during lunch rush. Not very busy at night for dinner. Plenty of drink options. Lots of parking in the lot.

I ordered the “Caspian” pizza …BBQ, chicken, onion and I added pineapple. The chicken was tender and juicy, perfect with the cheesy sweet hot goodness of the other ingredients. The Asst. Manager (Captain) Chris was attentive, warm yet professional! Restaurant impeccably clean and oh yeah the music rocks!

The guy taking your order does not know what hes doing and you can watch him copy what the person next to him makes. He doesn’t know what the different pizzas are. He also doesn’t know how the salads are. No one helps him either. Pizza came out burnt dough basically. Not even a teaspoon of sauce or cheese. Had to ask several times for more dressing on salad and it still came out dry. Did not add chicken so asked if it was ok to just put on top dry. Like you have a choice at this point. 2 mini pizza and mini salad 35$ Go somewhere else for better food for that amount.

This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a MOD Pizza!! It was sooo dirty, staff had the worse attitudes, one of my coworkers pizza was just sitting out and they still served it to her! I had to wait at least 30 mins til my pizza was ready! I’ll never go back to this MOD PIZZA!
