We’ve been a regular at this Tropical Smoothie for years, but never had the chance to write a review. Yesterday, we popped in, and wow, the store was spotless! The manager and her team were working hard and seemed genuinely happy with their place. Even though it was after Gen Z rush hour, I was so impressed with the store, staff, and overall vibe that I just had to share my thoughts.
I couldn’t leave without mentioning the real star of the show—our smoothies! They were made to order and came out perfectly.
Maybe I didn’t mention it before because people tend to focus on the negatives these days, but I wanted to say a big thank you to the ladies. Keep up the fantastic work at your store!

I don’t usually leave 1 star reviews but i have gotten my smoothies from here and they’ve always turned out good. Except for today i ordered from DoorDash and got my Detox Island Green smoothie with my energizer and collagen. I don’t know if it’s my taste buds or something is off with my drink. It doesn’t taste as good. After taking the first sip there was a bitter aftertaste. I don’t know what happened but I’m a bit disappointed.

I really like this chain in general. However this store is one of the busiest I come to, and yet they are ALWAYS fast AND accurate with the orders! Today was a Saturday morning and when I tell you busy! I almost didn’t want to go in! But I’m glad I did because I came in, ordered, and didn’t have to wait 7 mins for my 6 orders to come out (with two people ahead of me)! The food is delicious and the smoothies are too and you can pair and save so this is my go to smoothie place period. Aaron took my order and went right to making the sandwich, flatbread, and wrap that I ordered. And Dee made the three smoothies me to perfection. Not too watery not too thick. They work as a great team here and it makes coming a pleasant experience. Just know if you come here and it’s busy the best way to get around and finding parking is to turn under the light in my opinion. Also don’t forget to do the survey on the bottom of your receipt and leave reviews on the excellent job they do and you get a discount on your next order!

Tropical Café is just great! I love how anytime and I mean anytime I think or say eeww to something inside he smoothie I do not like they recommend something better to my diet needs and/or taste.
Other place usually say they cannot accommodate or add extra even though I am removing a ingredient.
Tropical is better in my honest opinion. And the kid options are great for the little ones, no where else has that option either. Shouldn’t we teach the children to eat healthy as well!

Felt it was another fast food yet with better ingredients and choices. It’s hard to make tropical food in to fast food but they are trying. Sauces is pretty hot. Loved those corn with jalapeños.

smoothie was rushed i can hardly drink it i also waited over 20 mins when other people behind me in line got their food and smoothies before me. The little short girl talk to customers instead of doing peoples orders who have been waiting disappointed because they’re usually pretty good not today though.

This Is Such A Disappointment. Whomever the owner is, do something about the quality of the food being served here. It’s Trash. People work to hard to waste money on the quality of the food being served here. How is this a buffalo chicken wrap? How? When you call, they answer the phone saying “hello” like they are in their living rooms. Just horrible

I order breakfast each time I decide to visit this location. Not many options for breakfast at 7am. But every single time these past few months I’ve placed a online order, it’s almost never correct or it’s over cooked and they give an attitude when you go back in to have them correct it. The all American wrap is either falling apart or they don’t put cheese inside or they decide to put whatever meat selection inside. The smoothie as well didn’t have any flavor. So overall just disappointed in this location. If y’all don’t want people to order online at 7am, then please disable the app orders until y’all can figure a better time frame to accept online orders in the morning. I’ve held out long enough on not posting but I’m sure I’m not the only one experiencing this issues.

I came in at 835p and closing time is9:00 pm. The bread of my sandwich is a hard as a rock. It’s so unfortunate because I order this turkey bacon ranch sandwich every week and it’s always soft and fresh.

Please avoid!!! This is a No No. I love tropical smoothie but, this location is horrible and unsanitary. And they seem to get worse over time. I am definitely reporting to the health department. I emailed the manager for courtesy purposes once I noticed this on 9/6. I never got an acknowledgement from him. But to be honest the store and staff have really been dirty and tacky lately.
